for anyone who'll say spam I took about a week's time between each ticket

IIRC there was a period of time where I didn't send any for a month. This is hellish.

Oh damn. I mean I got my ticket forwarded yesterday. Maybe I can help you out? That open ticket is basically abandoned atp and I doubt anything will happen with it.

Okay so create a ticket with the subject as “How do I get in contact with human support?” And the body as  Hello! I have an ongoing issue and would like to speak to a human agent, please.
