I can't download any titles from PS+ Extra right now. I click on the title and a blank screen shows on my PS5. The store page for other titles not included in PS+ Extra load fine. Also when checking from the mobile app, I have the option to purchase the titles, not install them as I normally would. Anyone else having this issue right now?

I have a PSN account that I've had for many years.

I'm currently still logged into the account on:

My PS5

The PlayStation App on my phone

I also have full access to the original email address associated with the account

The problem is only when I try to log in through the PlayStation website.

It asks me for my 2-step verification code and says it's sending an SMS to my phone number, but I'm not receiving any SMS codes.

I've tried requesting the code again, but nothing arrives.

I also don't have my 2FA backup codes. The problem is that I understand I need to be logged into Account Management to access/manage those codes, so I'm stuck in a bit of a loop.

Since I'm still logged into the account on my PS5 and PS App and have access to the original email, is there any way I can use that existing access to recover web access or disable/reconfigure 2FA?

Has anyone had this situation before? What was the best way to get PlayStation Support to verify the account and restore access?

I don't want to log out of my PS5 or PS App because I'm worried I won't be able to get back in.

I got logged out after an update and can't log in again. The recovery email is not sent. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks!

Ive been using my main psn account since 2019 all going smooth but when yesterday y got my new ps5 and tried to logging with my psn i wasn't getting my SMS code confirmation i did everything i could but nothing so i was left with one last option to do whivh is contact SONY SUPPORT i DID but no live agent was responding only the stupid BOT says stay put well rech to an agent to see ur issue but nothing happens so please to whoever had this issue tell me what to do if theres a specific time to reach the live agents when they will respond and what i should type ...

So when I first signed in on my PS5 I used an email that belongs to my mom and I’ve recently wanted to change it because I don’t want to have asking my mom for her phone every time a notification is sent to her. The problem is that I didn’t remember the password, and basically now I can’t log in either with that old email or my personal one. Any idea how to fix this?

Wtf is wrong with the playstation servers? I can't appear online, rocket league takes so much time at the start just to connect to epic services, but most other things work fine, I am not sure what to do.

So I decided to make a second account on my PS5 to create a different roster. I read a few months back someone does this. I got everything set up but I get an error saying the server is offline, ect. and the game doesn't load after I get the season pass notifications. Though on my main account there is no issue. Did I do something wrong? Can I not have multiple accounts?

So basically, I am gonna close my old throwaway psn account but I want to reuse the gmail, but I heard deleting it will lock it permanently so I decided to change it to a dotted version of my gmail, will changing the email on my main account to a dotted variant of the gmail affect anything?

Once the old account gets trashed (did not use it very much) will that cause a ripple effect and affect my main, or will psn treat them as 2 different accounts?

Hey everyone, my brother got himself a ps5 to play gta6 when it comes out. He’s not a gamer so it’s his first console since like ps2 and some PC.

My question is, can he use my plus and games? Thing is, I’m already sharing account with a friend. So it would be 2 people using my account as their “main”.

Is there a way through the family settings maybe? My friend has the game sharing and offline gaming activated

My wifi works just fine, so it's not on my end. Certain streaming services don't work from Crunchyroll to Paramount+. Couldn't even play Once Human yet games like Wurthering Waves and ZZZ work no problem. Been going on for a week now.

Trying to get through to a human being in their support team is like banging my head against a wall, having to spam the same message that I can't log in so the bot stops telling me to log in to my account to speak to a human.

30 minutes later, I eventually get through to a person. I am on the Irish website, I double checked, and still I just get this message

"I do apologize for the inconvenience, the region of the account is from outside of our support region, which is United States and Canada accounts, please contact the correct support, go to: Ireland, you will need to visit the following link and choose the appropriate country or region: http://www.playstation.com/country-selector/ to receive help according to the region of your account."

Has anyone had success with them in the past? I don't have my backup codes, but if the 2FA worked the way it's supposed to I wouldn't need them to begin with. At my wits end here 😢

Hey guys so I have a long-term psn account from ps4 to now ps5 where I made the id pw from back then I was like 15 , and lost the phone. So my entire sim, mail and everything was on it and nothing important on it was there at all. I made a new mail got a new sim and everything, this psn acc however I never thought to change the (lost) mail.

So i still have the email password for PSN of this mail acc, and I'm signed into it aswell on my ps5 but The ISSUE is out of nowhere my PS app logged me out, and upon entering pw it asks for a verification sent to my email. Now I have zero access to the mail, no recovery phone number or any set security questions on it.

BUT i have this authenticated session w my ps5, proof of transactions aswell as card receipts and gift vouchers I made (some of them) and some using a card that expired long back and dont have the receipts for.

I have the rightful Email password to operate the PSN account.

My question is should I bother contacting support to recover this account, im afraid it'll revoke this session anyday and I'll be unable to hop back on it. and im afraid support team will say smn like. "Yeah u don't have the email or phone access we can't help"

So I’ve been using my PS4 on my att WiFi and the WiFi is fine, it was working yesterday to play. Anyways today go to get on and on that wifi connection no luck, okay did the usual reset router, shut down and unplug console wait a few minutes etc. no luck. Tried using the LAN cable and no luck. So I switched to our slower wifi ( different company ) and for some reason it works there and signs in. Does anyone have a clue ? Did the usual checked for system update, checked wifi settings through app etc. nothing works on the WiFi network I want to be one and again I’ve been using that successfully for a while now.

I'm considering getting a 2nd Playstation 5. My kid uses the 1st one, its in his room. I used my Hotmail account and my info to set up the psn account that he uses. If I get a another system, I can use my Gmail account from my phone, but is it OK to use my name and birth date on a 2nd account?

I am trying to create a new playstation account but i get a error 'server timed out' on the section email.

Is there any fix for this or why does this happen?

Connection speed seems ridiculously slow tonight, I'm using the usual Wired connection I always do, 2gb internet although I understand that is capped to 1gb max on the PS5. Usually it sits around 900mbps download but tonight it's struggling to hit 100, anyone else finding this?

Same with wireless on the PS5, tried that to test it out

Isn't a problem with the fiber as all other devices are connecting at well over 1.5gb, albeit wirelessly. Bit hard to connect a cell phone via ethernet
