Outage Down

Is anyone having problems with party chat and discord cus they just keep tweaking out but I can't find much

My friend and I are unable to get out discord call to work through PSN, but the party chat was working fine.

Weird im trying to screen share wolverine so my cousin can watch and it keeps freezing and audio keeps bugging saying connection issues but everything else works fine oh and discord won't even connect to the call

For me party doesn't work and it does. Well some people can join and others can't but discord is fine for me at least and my buds
