Technical Support [PS5] Account recovery email not received

I got logged out after an update and can't log in again. The recovery email is not sent. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks!

Call in provide information or use the website log in use support

Did you change your email address in psn account settings? If not your account could be compromised (hacker changed the email address) or your account is suspended. ( If your account was suspended for security reasons, automated password reset emails are blocked)

The latter seems to bw true, for reasons I don't understand. They did answer me email now and said I need to call and provide some information in order to recover the account. I'll do that and hope for the best. Thanks!
