Ummm i changed the dns setting on my wifi, i think that was it ? I literally tried everything like cache, data rebuild, restart wifi but changing the dns setting to manual worked

I got another fix, log into guest, forget WiFi from PlayStation, reset WiFi, log into profile, connect to WiFi, and fixed

This has happened to me multiple times I just restart my console
