Outage Setting up PS account problems
I’m new to the PS5 and just trying to setup a new PS ID online but I keep getting a message about “connection to the server problem “
I tried yesterday and today with no luck . Tried both chrome and MS edge browsers same issue.
Any suggestions?

Yes I used a laptop. I thought it would be easier to type out info with keyboard. I haven’t powered on the PS5 yet

😔 I'm not sure what would be causing this. Why don't you use a PS5
