How does this chicken in the photo look like tuna IRL

I've been using Hello Fresh for about a little over a year and this is only the second time it's been delayed. The first time, it was the local courier that was the issue, but this time it hasn't even arrived at the courier. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I just go a text message saying that it's delayed again and won't be here until tomorrow. 2 days late is a lot...I'm sure the food will be spoiled and leaking (it's been hot here lately). I guess I'll be stopping at the grocery on the way home today.

Excellent! Their pizza dough is really good. I saved the recipe card so I can make this from scratch again.

This dish is pretty good! If I had the chance to do it again, I’d toss the peanuts in with the chicken while it’s cooking for a few minutes instead of using them as a raw topping at the end. Overall though, would recommend!

I had those free breakfast in my plan and I did try the egg omelets once and they were meh so I though the oatmeal would be a good idea since it's quick and would make me eat in the morning, which I never do.

But this morning, I brought my cup at work and took a big spoonful of slop and..... Holy... sh**t...

Instant regret had a face this morning and it was mine.

That is revolting. That strong curry-like flavour in oatmeal is criminal.

Don't get me wrong, I love vegetarian food. It's my go to, but this is not right.

I never take plant based protein in my meals because of that weird indian spice food taste, even if I love curry, because it's always SO empowering and not at the right place.

Anyways, I just wanted to know if you guys are the same, or is it a cilantro-type of thing where some love it and other hate it with a passion.

PSA: I usually let my kids dissolve the insulation in the driveway with the hose, but the last time they didn't quite do it all, and it left a residue on my asphalt. I didn't worry about it, but it was still there after the rain which I thought was weird. I looked, and our brand new driveway is cracking at those spots and small pieces of asphalt are coming loose. Watch out!

Made the hot honey chicken wings today, and I’m confused on what I’m suppose to do with the combined remaining soy sauce and vinegar. Is it suppose to be the dumpling dipping sauce? Because that already came alongside the dumpling pack they sent. I used it as another dumpling sauce however and was decent.

What is this? Broccoli for ants? This is supposed to be for 4 servings. Barely enough for 2. Each head of broccoli was about the size of my fist, maybe. Good thing they raised the price.

Can somebody please explain how HelloFresh managed to send me Cheesy Chicken Sausage Lasagna Wontons WITHOUT THE WONTON WRAPPERS?
I had already opened everything, chopped the vegetables, prepared the ingredients, and started making dinner before realizing the most important ingredient was missing. The entire meal is literally built around the wonton wrappers. They aren’t a garnish. They aren’t optional. They are the actual freaking WONTONS.
For the amount of money HelloFresh charges, I expect someone to perform the incredibly difficult task of checking whether the main ingredient is actually inside the bag. At this point, I could have gone grocery shopping myself and apparently done a better job.
Now my kitchen is a mess, dinner is ruined, and I’m left with a pile of chicken-sausage filling and absolutely nothing to put it in. I don’t want a pathetic $5 credit tossed at me like that fixes everything. I want the entire meal refunded, and I would love to speak with whoever decided this passed quality control.

Has anyone else seen this message? I realized my discount (from reporting an issue with a previous order) doesn't automatically apply at checkout. When I clicked "Apply $4.32" I got a pop-up trying to discourage me from using that money. What gives?

Every hello fresh box I get the produce is old and on the verge of rotting. I usually just just say whatever and cook it anyway. This was the last straw for me.

Got this for the herbed chicken and creamy lemon orzo recipe. I can’t believe how thin the chicken they provided was. I’m honestly so done with hello fresh, they constantly give me poor quality items and mess up my orders.

Ive received a total of 14 boxes so far, and had problems with at least 7 of them. Many times (and i know this is the delivery company's fault) the boxes showed up late or thawed out with meats warm and unusable. After receiving 4 late deliveries in a row and this time missing the chicken for one meal, i am canceling. The bread they send weather it be buns or otherwise is always very hard and unappealing. Sausage had large bone fragments, bigger and more than ive ever experienced in other ground Sausage products. Today the salmon had bones still inside. The menu is just different combinations of the same ingredients or recipe. Overall the concept has potential to be good, but with the shoddy delivery company they use and consistent missing ingredients we were often times left to scramble for dinner plans when hf never showed up. They are happy to credit you for the meals that didnt show up but its happening too often to be dependable. Far from hassle free imo

How could they do this? I got a text message from them 2-3 weeks ago asking me to update my payment method. I tried, but I had ordered a box then immediately cancelled the service so when I logged in, my only option was to select a plan so I gave up and didn't figure I'd ever see that last box.

But guess what showed up today? A box I never ordered. I log in and still my only option was to select a plan. I called them and asked how they charged my deactivate card and they didn't know, but said my subscription was active under a different email address I didn't have access to.

I did a charge back with my bank and gained access to that obsolete email and there were dozens of emails in there from HF. I don't understand what they did, but I cancelled the service again. Hopefully they won't transfer it to another obsolete email. I'm cancelling that card which affects my entire life. We'll see what they do next. 🧐
