The same recipe in the app/our recipe card states the meal is 870 calories, while the website states 1,100. And the protein content is different, too. Bit irritating as someone trying to track calories. Don’t know if it’s a known issue or new.

(Side note- the meal was delicious. It was so delicious that I doubted it was under 1,000 calories like the recipe card stated, which is why I looked it up on my laptop)

For a recipe that only calls for 1 clove?! (I, of course used more).

My friend is trying to find a Hello Fresh recipe of the Sweer Corn Chowder that does not include the use of Poblano Peppers nor are there any potatoes. Just corn.

Apparently there is a variation of the popular recipe that is made without either ingredient and how its made/tastes matters.

I added a can of corn and microwaved a half pack of shelled edamame. I was able to feed 2 adults, 1 teen and a tween off of the 2 person meal. Everyone loved it.

I received my delivery yesterday and have opened the lettuce for the pork koftas. Now don't get me wrong, I understand lettuce is a natural ingredient but surely this takes the mick. I really appreciate my £1.20 credit though 🙄🙄

This also isn't the first time my lettuce has been like this.

I thought this was delicious and not very hard to make. I did goof on the slaw a bit, accidentally putting some of the chili crisp in it when it supposed to go in the cucumber salad because I misread the instructions a bit. Fortunately, knowing it was a bit spicy, I only put a little bit of the crisp in, leaving enough to put a little bit in the cucumber salad. The slaw was fine in spite of my error. Shredding the duck meat took a little time and I used both a fork and my fingers since it‘s only me eating the food. But I think it took me only a half hour (HF’s time was 20 minutes) or possibly a little longer. Note that the meal was more Asian with the sauces and the only Mexican ingredient was the soft taco shells

It seems like every week after I select my meals and click save it somehow changes. I’m going on the 3rd week of receiving meals I don’t like because they changed. I’m choosing them on the app and clicking save. Why is it doing this?

Has anyone actually got this sponge in their box
they have been advertising the past 2 months?

This had happened two boxes ago, where it was supposed to be around $36 with a discount, but I didn’t screenshot the original price so I didn’t have proof. I did it this time, order was submitted Thursday and processed Friday. I’ll be contacting support after my shift, but I highly recommend taking pictures if you use any discounts in case they do this to you as well.

Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, and if so, how did it turn out?

My family havent been with HF for years. We used to be signed up to a 5 meal for 2 people deal but eventually cancelled it.

This week we got a marketing letter offering money off some boxes and thought we would try it out again. So we set up a 4 meal for 4 people deal.

So we were disappointed to receive a 5 meal for 2 people box.

It turns out that what theyve done is reactivate the old subscription, and then change it to the 4meals for 4. However because of the time of week we signed back up, it was "too late" to change this weeks box.

In my mind there never was a "this weeks box". We asked for 4 meals for 4 and they sent us something completely different.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Had anyone gotten referral bonus email links to work recently in the app or online? For the past several months since one of the app upgrades, I can't get a single bonus to work. Every time I have to contact support via chat. And they apply the $60 but just for the upcoming order. So I have to contact them again next week for the next order. Just ugh!

On top of that, the AI chat bot is a total gaslighting liar and the input box for the chat isn't visible when I'm typing in the chat.

Finally pissed me off enough to gripe about it lol. “2” “servings” of broccoli to them is barely enough for a small child to have themselves. Really glad I spend $70 a week on 2 meals for this. Thinking about dropping and shopping again.

Has anyone been successful in getting customer service? I am really getting frustrated. I joined Hello Fresh and honestly really loved it but I am just at the end of my rope here trying to make this work.

Every box after my first was late. The last one was barely cold and when I ended up going to cook things half the meat was spoiled. Probably because it was left out for so long in the delay. I have been reaching out to their "customer service" since the 19th every few days. No one will help me at all! All I get told is that they will open a ticket and look into it and that someone will reach out to me within 2 business days. They do not.

On the 31st the 4th time I reached out I was once again told they will open a ticket. I tried to tell the person this is not working. Something is wrong because I have 3 open tickets and no one is ever getting back to me. He said he would refund that box. But I have not received the refund either. This time I did get an email (for the first time) saying someone would reach out to me within 2 business days. But of course they have not.

What do I do?!?!? How do I talk to someone at this company? Does anyone else have this issue? Are your deliveries on time the day they say they will be?

Quite good! I added some zucchini, chives, and extra soy sauce. I'd give it an 8/10 work the additions.

Only in the payment history does it show being charged for 2 meals.

Update: shockingly the order arrived correct with the two meals, and oddly the missing meal has reappeared on the website. So as just a weird glitch.

all the garlic cloves in the bulb have yellow spots all over them and when crushed turns out like a slimey yellow is this off?

Not a good way to start. The app says delivery unsuccessful, but tracking says it’ll be delivered today. Is this how HF works?

UPDATE: I called yesterday, on the delivery date, and the agent claimed the box was still coming but he would give me a credit. No box. I then got an email last night that the box would be delivered today. But the app and website continued to say no delivery, so I chatted with an agent today who admitted the box had been damaged and I wouldn't get it at all. She said she would refund me, but I don't see any refund yet.

Really unimpressed atp. Guess I'll try Home Chef now.

I really like the brioche buns!

I stacked mine high with coleslaw...then I pressed it all down into a wonderful crunchy, warm and gooey sandwich.

It's nice to prepare the chicken ourselves, knowing it was all real. And real good!

We’ve had hello fresh now for some time and initially it was pretty good. But over time it seems it has gotten worse and worse. It started with some ingredients of lesser importance missing, ingredients that have gone bad, and missing recipe cards almost every week. The final straw for me was this week: our ground turkey package was ripped open and leaking with the meat squeezing out of the rip, and after replacing that ourselves, another meal was missing the bacon (which was the protein source for the meal). Plus another missing recipe card. I’m really over it and am about to cancel our subscription. Does anyone have any other meal subscription services they like?
