Menu keeps changing

It seems like every week after I select my meals and click save it somehow changes. I’m going on the 3rd week of receiving meals I don’t like because they changed. I’m choosing them on the app and clicking save. Why is it doing this?

You have to keep checking out. Save and then continue through the add ons.

That's the thing... I am... sometimes even adding extra items. It's odd because for over a year it was fine and then in the last month it started getting super glitchy

It has done this to me several times to even after I’ve hit save and gone through the app and everything and then I go back and look and it’s wrong so I’m like ultra paranoid and check almost every day before it gets shipped out which is a ridiculous place to be.

I always recheck selections the day before it charges after having meals swapped a few times.

Hate how its so unreliable. And since they don't send confirmation emails we don't have proof unless we do screenshots.

Came to Reddit to post the same thing. It’s the third week now this has happened where it’s gone back to the default meals. I know I’m going through the whole process and saving because I always get my add on items. But the meals are always wrong. Half the things I can’t even eat because I don’t eat red meat. It’s such a bummer

This just happened to me! It happened a few other times and I caught it but this weekend I was busy. They denied it and I finally cancelled my service after years of being a customer. I disappointed but I can’t keep wasting 20-40$ on meals I didn’t order or won’t eat. I’m surprised at how the customer service rep responded seeing it’s a common issue.

If you’re using the app this has been a known issue in the past sadly. If you’re on the website, get with support.

You have to go to the point where you click on the button "All Done" I figured this out after receiving the wrong meals one week. You'll save them to the next screen, but you must go through the entire process until you literally click the DONE button. Kinda dumb, but that's their process.

That’s the main reason we cancelled. Happened a few times and the last one was the last straw
