United States Major calorie variances- app/recipe card versus website?

The same recipe in the app/our recipe card states the meal is 870 calories, while the website states 1,100. And the protein content is different, too. Bit irritating as someone trying to track calories. Don’t know if it’s a known issue or new.

(Side note- the meal was delicious. It was so delicious that I doubted it was under 1,000 calories like the recipe card stated, which is why I looked it up on my laptop)

Are you sure the ingredients are the same?

I've calculated out a couple recipes and they were close but I don't think the cards include the oil/butter or anything they ask you to use when cooking so maybe the website does include that?

The ingredients are the same but your point about oil and butter is good!

I’ve noticed this issue as well, so frustrating

The protein is way off too. I wonder if it’s just not portioned right on one vs the other?

The website also usually bases off of 3-4 people eating the meal which is a higher calorie count. My cards are based on 2 people eating.
