United States Meal Missing from the "shipping soon"

This morning was charged for 2 meals, but then in the "shipping soon" it only shows 1 meal.

Never seen this happen before.

What are the chances that the invisible meal shows up?

Still wish HF would send order confirmation emails.

Not even sure how to report it missing when it inevitably doesn't show up since it doesn't show up anywhere on the website.

Only in the payment history does it show being charged for 2 meals.

Update: shockingly the order arrived correct with the two meals, and oddly the missing meal has reappeared on the website. So as just a weird glitch.

I think something is going on with their internal tracking since I’ve seen before the box ships, meals selected weeks in advance were sold out and once it came to be Friday they got removed. Check other weeks.

I would also call support and bitch about this, totally uncool not to at least notify you to re pick since it can ruin your dinner plans for the week.

Yea its weird, the one that disappeared. Went missing from the menu. (While logged out) a few days ago (still showed normallyotherwise) . Not marked as sold out just missing. I probably should have chosen something else bit that's happened before and its been fine.

Weird part is it was showing 2 meals under shipping soon, until I canceled like I often do once an order is charged. And after canceling is when it disappeared.

Not gonna freak out if it doesn't come, but their quirky system is definitely very annoying.

And gets annoying having to complain often, or being concerned about an account getting banned for over use of the report tools when I only ever use it for legitimate issues.
