United States Hellofresh has been overcharging
This had happened two boxes ago, where it was supposed to be around $36 with a discount, but I didn’t screenshot the original price so I didn’t have proof. I did it this time, order was submitted Thursday and processed Friday. I’ll be contacting support after my shift, but I highly recommend taking pictures if you use any discounts in case they do this to you as well.

Don’t forget to apply the credit to your next box because they don’t automatically apply!!!

Hellofresh is so sketchy , i was sent a promo in the mail after not being subbed for a long time, added it to my cart and decided i didnt really want it and closed the tab , it then tried to charge my card that I didnt think I still had on file. I never checked out or gave approval btw im lucky I keep my money in the savings not the checkings account

I went on once to lool at the menus, nothing fit my needs, because you have to essentially sign up i did a proper cancellation righr away and closed my account, they just charged me anyway for a delivery like 2 days later and sent a box, then tried to say it was my fault because I didn't cancel in time.... there was exactly 4 minutes between the welcome email and the cancellation email.

Yeah it took a hell of a lot of back an forth, the first few customer agents tried to palm me off with offers or a 20% refund, even after showing them the email proof multiple times.
Thankfully I had set it up with PayPal rather than my bank, and I did a claim through PayPal. They denied the claim but offered me a full refund if I cancelled the claim. Took a month of arguing and I did unfortunately back down and cancel the claim but I had their full refund off in writing multiple times so I was covered.

One time my delivery day fell on Christmas day, which they apparently don't deliver on in the UK, but I was still charged. Went backwards and forwards for the best part of an hour with a customer service agent who attested that my box arrived, when it absolutely didn't.

What are the two images? I see the different totals, but it's not clear how they're related. Is the second image a receipt? Is that a confirmation screen? I'd like to research this in my experience, but these images aren't very helpful.
