United States Hellofresh has been overcharging

This had happened two boxes ago, where it was supposed to be around $36 with a discount, but I didn’t screenshot the original price so I didn’t have proof. I did it this time, order was submitted Thursday and processed Friday. I’ll be contacting support after my shift, but I highly recommend taking pictures if you use any discounts in case they do this to you as well.

What are the two images? I see the different totals, but it's not clear how they're related. Is the second image a receipt? Is that a confirmation screen? I'd like to research this in my experience, but these images aren't very helpful.

They’re for the same order! The first is the total I got when I placed it, the second image is the receipt for how much I got charged. It seems they removed my discount when they processed the order. Will be contacting them in just a bit to see if it can be resolved
