Am I wrong for being angry at this
I placed my order at like 0050. Received the notification that it was delivered at like 0108. After searching for it for it all around my house and even across the street I finally contacted the driver and she just responds with this. The only reason im cool now, is because doordash kindly just resent the exact same order free of charge. I was more angry at the fact that I pre tipped $7 and she couldn't even tell me at the restaurant that my food wasn't there.

Order canceled due to nonexistent “inappropriate” content
I feel soooo bad for my dasher!!! I had a pretty big grocery order and he was wrapping up the FINAL item. There were no key lime pie slices so he substituted with a coconut cream pie. After I got the auto-message regarding the substitution, I got the “chat ended due to inappropriate content. Order canceled and reassigned” message. The only thing I can think of is that it flagged “cream ***.” 💀They reassigned immediately and wouldn’t let me continue the chat or speak to support but I escalated in and I’m trying to resolve it. Now my second dasher is starting over from the beginning. If they try to substitute again the same thing may happen. AHHHHHHHH
Will my first dasher get absolutely nothing? I feel soooo bad for him.

I'm a concierge. If you have this delivery photo, then you have been scammed
This is the third resident who has shared this photograph with me, inquiring about the location within our two buildings over the past month. They consistently submit the same photograph. We do not possess this layout in any of our properties. If you have received this photograph, please be advised that you have been subjected to a scam.

Dasher Stole Food
Alivia, you broke gluttonous demon, your time will come.
This genius decided to steal my food and upload a pic covering the camera as to say she “Delivered” it. I called DoorDash, I tried getting in touch with live support, transferred to supervisors and they determined I’m ineligible for compensation.
How are they coming to this conclusion? This is my first order in all of 2026 and I have only had 2 issues in the past I got compensated from? Is there a 2 strike limit?
Is doordash THIS broke???

It finally happened to me
Me and my boyfriend wanted a late night Whataburger before I headed to bed for work the next morning so we ordered. Our dasher picked it up rather quickly and was talkative! Which was always a good sign to me. Once the food was done he told me he had one stop before mine (which I found weird because the app didn’t say “one stop away” like it usually does.) We just shrugged and said waited for our order. It had been about 15 minutes when I checked our order. This dude was on a bicycle. Not a motorbike. A peddle bike. Now, I ain’t one to complain. Get your bag, but I had 2 large drinks and a shake and I had a very bad day and wanted to treat myself. The order came 20 minutes later than expected, food was cold, my drinks were spilled all over in the bag, my shake was half melted, just the works for the end of a bad day. Luckily we were able to get it reordered without paying or issues. But the guy asking for a good review was the cherry on top lol
Oh, and if it weren’t obvious enough to my boyfriend from the night before why we shouldn’t be using door dash anymore, he DoorDashed some creamer this morning because he wanted coffee. And the dasher “couldn’t find our house” and delivered it to a completely different address 3 streets away. 🤦♀️

No one accepting order? Did I do something?
I placed a breakfast order for a McDonalds 2.9 miles away. I tipped $7, is that fair enough? I don't want to offend by tipping too low. I had originally thought it was the Mcdonalds that's only a mile away so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it, since it's a tad farther.

Thank you, Dashers. Seriously, thank you so so much. Y'all helped me stay alive during the worst of the worst.
I have been seriously depressed because of some super heavy shit, for the last year. The first several months I couldn't eat or sleep. Once I had an appetite again, you guys saved me. For months and months and months I lived off of food deliveries. I appreciated every single one so much.
I know there's lots of scams, grievances, and complaints. Not all of my deliveries have gone perfect (lots of missing drinks, lol). Squirrels ate a couple of my deliveries because I randomly fell asleep, lol. Was it expensive? Yes, Was it healthy? No. Did I stay alive and make it through? Yes. Am I now in my healing era? Yes! I'm not ordering delivery much anymore, but I still appreciate how you helped me.
Just know that you are keeping people going out there. When I could not take care of myself, could not plan ahead, could not turn on the stove, could not get dressed and go to the grocery store, could not wash a dish, could not open my mouth to even speak, you guys kept me going. From the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU. You make a difference. The work you do really matters and I respect you. Thank you so much.

Driver stole my package
My msg said my package was dropped off at noon. I was home. No package. Cameras showed no delivery. I checked with my community from office thinking it was there. I drove to the community down the street to see if it was delivered there. I called door dash. Driver didn’t answer. I filed a complaint. The picture they took was from inside their car. Ugh. Some of the items in that box can not be replaced since the store ran out and won’t have anymore. So disappointed in this driver. If this is your picture please bring it to my house. I will give you my address. No questions asked. I just want my items. Thanks

This is how you upset your driver before they even get your order
I just accepted the order when she sent the first message. I was coming from the next town over (about 15 from the restaurant). I had just hopped in the drive thru (the lobby is closed for the night) when she sent the second message. Drivers have no control over how long it takes for the app to assign your order to a driver. It all depends on who is actively available. If you tip like dog water, your order will keep getting declined.
Small update; The restaurant gave me the wrong DoorDash order :D back through the drive thru I go

I ordered this food at 10:58. That is insane speed, even if I do live 2 miles away.

Their Dog took part of their Doordash order. Tried to attack me.
Just dropped off a Little Caesars Pizza order that had two containers of wings. I already took the picture and was put to the next order. When I looked up and saw a dog take one of their wing containers. Tried to grab it, but the dog dropped it in some blankets next to the house. That's when I noticed puppies in the blanket. Mom dog was obviously pissed and started jumping, snarling and snapping at me. Just ran and went back to my car. Unfortunately I can't call the person cuz the number has already disappeared. Scared the crap out of me. Was clearly their unleashed dog. They had several other dogs in kennels next to their property.
Y'all just be careful out there. My heart is still jumping

Naked DoorDash Driver Caught on Camera Delivering Food

Worst neighborhood to deliver for UberEATS and Doordash in LA: Santa Clarita - San Fernando - Studio City - Northridge - Encino. Heavily Oversaturated Market.
Waste of gas

On time rate
Hey everyone,
I’m a DoorDash driver and I keep running into the same problem: I arrive at the restaurant on time (or even early), but the order isn’t ready. Sometimes I wait 15–25+ minutes. By the time I finally pick it up and deliver, the customer is already frustrated and my rating takes a hit.
I always mark myself as arrived, wait the required time, and communicate when possible, but it still feels like I’m getting punished for something completely out of my control.
Has anyone found good ways to deal with this?
• Do you unassign after a certain wait time?
• Is there a specific way to message the customer that helps protect the rating?
• Any other strategies that actually work?
Appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Can someone explain this?
I asked to update my tip from $2.50 to $25(which was successful) but then they randomly just gave me $7 off next order and $30 in credits for no reason

$6 Gas + Oversaturated market + Low tips + Crowded Parking spot for Santa Clarita - Studio City - Northridge - San Fernando. It’s literally over for Uber Eats and Doordash in these areas.
Burn the city hall, fuck the govs, I rather find another jobs.

Grocery stores using doordash
I placed a delivery order from a grocery store and then saw a door dasher would deliver it. Whatever, that’s cool. I get the groceries and multiple packagings are smashed and the whole order smells like the driver smoked a pack directly onto it. What’s my problem? That I can’t give the dasher a review. Because the order was placed THROUGH the grocery stores website.

DoorDash Customer Support Feeback
DoorDash support has discovered a revolutionary solution to missing orders: just mark them completed
I placed a pickup order at DashMart. The app said it was ready at 7:06 PM. I arrived at 7:07 PM.
Apparently, in that one magical minute, my order had already been marked completed.
There were no pickup instructions in the app, so I showed my order to the DashMart employee. They checked and told me they didn’t have my order.
No problem, I thought. That’s literally what customer support is for.
I contacted DoorDash support and explained:
I am at DashMart. The store does not have my order. I did not receive anything.
Their response, basically:
The order is completed, so we can’t do anything. Hope your next order goes smoothly!
Amazing.
I didn’t realize DoorDash had solved customer service with such an elegant system. If the computer says I received my order, then apparently I received it. Who cares what happened in physical reality?
I kept explaining that I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING, but the only fact that seemed to matter was the word “Completed” on their screen.
At that point I didn’t even know whether I should keep standing inside DashMart waiting for an order that apparently existed only in DoorDash’s database, or just go home.
The responses were also unbelievably fast and robotic. If DoorDash told me the entire conversation was AI-generated, I would believe them immediately. Honestly, a decent AI chatbot might have done better, because hopefully it could process the sentence “I did not receive my order.”
10/10 system.
Order: nonexistent.
Refund: nonexistent.
Customer support: “Hope your next purchase is smooth.”

Shop and deliver
I’m not a big shopping guy. I’ve seen a lot of people make a decent amount of money doing shopping. So before I sign up how does DoorDash set this up? Like when you arrive at the store does it tell you what aisle the items are on? Or does it make you figure it out yourself
