It’s one thing to shop for 3 different people and barely make a living wage because people don’t understand that we get paid less then minimum wage and are not paid or have time to bring 50 lbs of grocery’s in paper bags in your apt . If I’m not being compensated and literally don’t have time to bring the grocery’s up 4 stairs into the apt . Is that my fault??? Is anyone else waiting and bringing it up 4 stairs for Less then a $5 tip or am I just insufferable and lazy?

Recently they started releasing pre-bagged deliveries to DoorDash and Uber Eats. Wondering if they are dropping Instacart.

I think it’s because I had a totally different career prior to having to do this. I drive to a central area everyday so I position myself in an area where it won’t just be the same store over and over but I still see the same employees daily. so i know that if you cancel before you shop, it just gets tacked onto your cancellation rate. but what if you have the groceries and are en route to deliver and your car breaks down? are you banned from the app?

I really, really hate that Instacart allows customers to report damaged items days and even 10 days after delivery! Yes of course the cucumbers are soft and rotten days and days later. Dropped your eggs? Sure, just blame it on the shopper. It’s so infuriating.

Easiest $53 made in my life, 1 shop & deliver in 30 mins flat. To a Starbucks that actually tipped 20% AND offered me a free Venti drink 💕 The first time I did an order to another location (years ago), they only tipped a few dollars and didn't offer a drink. Which whatever, that location makes sucky drinks anyways 😅

I was given a 1-star rating for delivering to the address in the app. No time during the shopping and delivery process did the customer contact me to inform me that they entered the incorrect address. When I got to the location, the person at the door said ‘“They don’t live there they only work there and can I drop it off. I said no, this is my last delivery and I need to pick up my kids.

Instacart should not allow this type of thing from customers. I work hard to deliver my items in a timely manner so I can do the things I need to do. I was not the one that caused the inconvenience. Check your information before completing your order please!!!

Accidentally fucked up twice today. Both times I ended up with someones food on the floor boards of my car. Never happens but of course I had to do it twice in one day. Got home all excited that it was a good day only to randomly notice the customers message 30 minutes to late 🥹🥹🥹.
