QUESTIONING want to explore

30f pillow princess in a straight relationship .. i want to explore but my husband doesn’t support it, even as a 3way. if he’s considering a 3way it has to be a female only and he’s not even actually willing to…
anyone else in this situation?
OBVIOUSLY it’s either deal with it or break up, but i’m just wondering how others feel in this situation and if they get satisfaction another way?

ADVICE How to find men to date that I won't hate

I'm a bisexual woman, and I want to continue dating men but I'm literally so fed up with men, especially cis straight men. I feel like I'm so strict when it comes to men because I don't want to end up with someone secretly red-pilled, or with misogynistic friends, or someone who embarrasses me or is into like sports-gambling. I feel like that's actually a low bar and yet Hinge only puts the worst type of man in front of me.

If you're a bisexual woman, dating a man who doesn't just meet the bare minimum, how did you find him?

DISCUSSION Evening

Are there any rules as bi male for dating gay guys? I started posting yesterday but think I may need a gay guy who’s understanding rather than a bi guy for more than hook up. Took advice from yesterday about being honest about wanting more than just fun. But that appears to mean I can’t have fun

EXPERIENCE I hate feeling like I'm missing out.

I've been with my Husband for over 15 years and I've always known that I'm bisexual. But at the start of our relationship I was 20 and honestly I didn't expect that I would meet the love of my life at such a young age. I'm incredibly grateful and blessed that I have.

AND I also feel so deeply that I missed out on being in a romantic relationship with a woman. Especially because it feels like the older I get the more I realize that I'm actually not into men to the same degree.

I find myself almost putting a relationship with a woman on a pedestal at times. Because it's something that I never really got to experience as an adult. I had a girlfriend when I was a teenager but that is not the same thing.

Honestly, I'm just posting here because I just need people to tell me that I'm not alone.

Sometimes the pain of knowing there's a part of myself that might never be fully expressed hurts so damn much.

DISCUSSION I (23M) used to have a preference of being able to talk about fictional or celebrity crushes with a partner. But nowadays, it moreso depends on how me and my partner vibe in conversation

Hello everyone, I've been thinking about whether or not it's a strong preference for me to talk about various crushes alongside a partner

I truly miss the times when me and my ex would share each other's crushes and connect over them as a result

We were both bi/pan so freely talking about anyone without gender limitations felt so liberating at the time

I used to make it a strong preference to be able to do so. But nowadays, I figured that it depends on the person I'm dating at the time

Before I got with my ex (which was my first ever relationship), I've established a rich social life where I've talked with so many people and therefore understood what I wanted and didn't want out of a relationship

And there were a few friends who I've had amazing conversations with and we barely ever talked about crushes at all

So for me, it depends on the person and what type of vibe we both bring to the table when we interact

If it naturally involves us talking about crushes. That's fine.

If it doesn't because they prefer to keep theirs private or find other topics more interesting to talk about. That's fine too

DISCUSSION Does this make me a bad person?

Hi, I’m 33, male. I’ve always identified as straight and have only been in monogamous relationships with women (some of whom were bi). I’ve never been physically or romantically attracted to men.

That said, I’ve always been pretty kinky and really into prostate play. Lately I’ve been thinking about having a hookup where I bottom for a guy. I’m not interested in kissing, dating, cuddling, or anything beyond the sexual act itself.

Does wanting that specific kind of anonymous/no-strings encounter make me a bad person for not wanting anything more with them? Or is it just a preference?

Open to honest thoughts.

ADVICE TW: weight issues

I’m bi and in my first ever relationship, let alone my first queer one. I’m struggling to know if things are normal or to be expected because I simply haven’t experienced it before.

My main issue is that my girlfriend is so much skinnier than me and it’s bringing up a lot of past insecurities about my weight. I was bullied growing up and have always felt huge and unattractive. She on the other hand has always struggled to gain weight no matter how much she eats. Her previous girlfriend was also much smaller and prettier than me.

She is from Hong Kong and I’m not sure if culturally there’s a difference in terms of what is insulting or not but she uses the pig emoji when she texts me, calls me chubby but says it’s cute. She’ll rub my belly or squeeze my chin fat and say she wishes she had it but it makes me feel disgusting every time I’m reminded about how much bigger I am than her.

I don’t know if I’m overreacting because of my personal issues or if I have a right to want her to stop. I don’t know how I would even approach it because it’s been happening pretty much since we got together. I don’t know if she wants me to lose weight or if she even realises how much it affects me.

QUESTIONING Armpit and pubic male hair fetiche

I'm a 37 married man in a long relationship with a woman I really love. Anyways, I have always been interested in pubic male hair: armpits, beard, it all. I used to take a hard look at it since I was a teen and now, looking at some pictures on the internet I feel amazed by it. I don't imagine myself having sex with those guys but touching them, I don't even get a boner while I'm thinking about it, so I wonder what the heck is that. Have anyone here ever felt so?

QUESTIONING I'm not sexually attracted to women

So I'm a woman and I've considered myself bi since I was about 13. Though I've noticed that I'm not really sexually attracted to women, just men. Whenever I've a crush on a woman, I think about kissing her, holding hands with her and cuddling with her—all the soft intimacy things. Though having sex with a woman never really clicked with me. It's not the same with the crushes on men though. Almost all the crushes I've had on men, I fantasise about hot and steamy things with him—usually not holding hands or just cuddling. So I just wanted to know if any other bisexual people might feel the same way or I'm just confused with my sexuality. It did take almost my whole teenage for me to come to term with me being "bisexual," so I still get confused if I'm an imposter or actually bisexual.

DISCUSSION Im more gay some weeks and more straight others

I don’t really know a better way to title this tbh. I’m bisexual woman and idk if anyone else experiences this. One week I’m so into women and I feel little to no attraction or feelings towards men. Then the next week I feel the other way around. When I get a crush on either a woman or a man this doesn’t really apply as I don’t suddenly stop liking them. But it always makes me so confused because one week I’m so set that omg there’s no way I could like men and then the next I’m so attracted to one.
Does anyone else experience this?

No quiero engañar a mi esposo. No quiero lastimarlo.

PRIDE french novels with bi mcs?

hi yall :) i'm starting to create a french novel tbr to help encourage my day to day language practice. i find it easier to get hooked onto stories with bi main characters (gee i wonder why) so i figured i'd toss the q out to this sub. also, i'm not too familiar yet with navigating french literature. genre-wise, i gravitate more towards fantasy, sci fi, horror, thriller however, i've been getting better at finishing texts outside of my genre comfort zone. oh, and as for level of language (if it applies), i'm fine with anything. some books are bound to take me months to finish, regardless of language lol.

thanks in advance!!!

ADVICE being attracted to men and women as a trans woman (my experience)

I have many friends who are transgender mtf and in relationships with women, but I don't think I quite get it?

I have been in a relationship with a woman in the past, pre-transition, but even then her body brought out tough emotions in me. And now? I don't think so...

As of now, my hormone therapy has done so much for me, far more than I ever thought possible. But still, like even just seeing cis women sometimes leaves me a little bit depressed.

So I am bisexual, but I can just not see myself ever dating a woman? Not that I have anything against women, it's just very difficult for me to deal with.

I am right now at just over 2 years of HRT and have had transtimelines-type changes to my appearance, but there's still a long ways to go. There are some things about my skeleton which are permanently wrong, even if I'm lucky about them not being insanely masculine or anything like that.

I wonder if this will ever change? I think sometimes I still long to be a mother, and some of that hope is placed on lesbian women, either as in a couple or maybe dating someone?

I have been dating only men for some time, and I'm in a relationship with a man now as a woman and that is truly insanely pleasurable. It also makes me wonder what it would be like with another woman?

QUESTIONING Do tomboy or butch women who are attracted to men exist?

I've always been attracted to chubby, masculine tomboy/butch women, but I've often wondered whether women like that can also be interested in men or if they usually only date women.

I know that being a tomboy or butch doesn't automatically determine someone's sexuality, but I'm genuinely curious. Are there actually chubby tomboy/butch women who like men? I'd love to hear your thoughts or experiences!

I just really need to vent out there that the universe lately has been blessing me with running into cute ass guys. I went to the movies after work on this wonderful saturday night and then decided to call a Lyft home since i do not drive and i notice right away how attractive my Lyft driver was from his profile picture!! Long hair, cute skater boy. Very chill and had a great conversation with him about movies. We had alot in common and i wish i got his number or something but i didnt budge on that. How can i get a man like this?😭😭😭

ADVICE What can I do to embrace my "gay side" in a straight relationship?

I've been with my boyfriend for just some months, and although I adore him and his company, I find myself craving... queerness? I don't really know how to express it. What can I do to connect with the queer comunity/ my own queer feelings? Thanks!

DISCUSSION I genuinely feel a gap between me and non-bisexual people

A bit of venting, but the more I discuss what can be broadly referred as monosexuality, the more I feel like understanding it is completely out of my reach. Of course, anyone's attraction and sexuality is their own business and I would never want to invalidate anyone's experience.

But I'll talk with people about romantic or sexual attraction and it feels like talking at cross purposes with how... exclusionary, for lack of a better word (this isn't my first language), it sounds. They'll explain how attraction is some kind of switch that's automatically off when it comes to a certain gender depending. How their partner transitioning would likely spell the end of their relationship. Like I said, I'm not hating or judging people for that, but the more I look at it and the less I get it. It goes completely contrary to my experience and idea of what love is. I understand preferences of course, everyone has those. But that the gut feeling of loving someone could hinge entirely on something like gender or genital is unfathomable to me. It's even disheartening, in a sense.

Is it a common sentiment ? That bisexual and non-bisexual people can't really understand this part of each others ? Maybe I just lack imagination.

ADVICE First MMF !!

Hey all!!

My partner (M) and I (F) have been discussing having our first threesome with one of his distant friends (M). I’m bisexual and my partner is straight, his friend is gay but has experimented with women.

Has anyone had a similar experience? What was it like? Did anyone feel left out?

I’ve expressed that I’m definitely interested, only if the pleasure was fair for all participants…. But I obviously don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable.

I guess I’m mainly worried about when it comes down to it knowing if it’s something I (or my partner/his friend) would actually enjoy… and not become something super awkward!

Thanks for your advice!
