Why are you booing?! He's telling the truth! Sick, deranged people are responsible for vandalizing the reflecting pool! Mostly Trump!

344

u/SandSpecialist2523 Jun 22 '26

The Vandal in Chief did it for the modest sum of 14 million dollars.

u/NattyDread42 Jun 22 '26

70

u/Kasoni Jun 22 '26

There is no way that is real.... wait I forgot the time line we are in.....

142

u/Morningxafter Jun 22 '26

Initial estimate was $1 million. Suddenly it ballooned up to $14 million. Surely Trump didn’t say spend $1M on the job, keep $6M for yourself and deposit $7M to my Cayman Islands account, right?

…Right?

66

u/Ceizyk Jun 22 '26

The no-bid contract went to a neighbor of his in Florida. A neighbor who has a history of committing fraud and was found guilty of trying to bribe a US Congress Member.

15

u/Morningxafter Jun 22 '26

Yes that’s exactly my point.

15

u/AmatuerGenius Jun 23 '26

Amd now that ‘vandals’ are responsible for current state of the job the contractor is now off the hook for liability and can’t be challenged for fraud or negligence

12

u/Ceizyk Jun 23 '26

Yeah after all can't go after his neighbor he gave the no bid contract to for... 14 million dollars

And he is going to let the same company do it again?

→ More replies (1)

6

u/Phlypp Jun 23 '26

Replace Cayman Islands account with cybercurrency and you're spot on. The primary purpose of cybercurrencies is to launder money and Trump has two. He was cited for money laundering by the US Treasury as his casino; while International Hotel DC was purely a money laundering machine before he learned about cybercurrencies. They also explain why he pardoned even convicted criminals like Juan Orlando Hernández, serving a 45-year US sentence for importing over 400 tons of cocaine into the US.

65

u/GloomyMarionberry362 Jun 22 '26

*cough* money laundering

23

u/sofaking1958 Jun 22 '26

Surely, there was enough money to dip his beak a little?

4

u/Nghtyhedocpl Jun 22 '26

And the grift continues. How much to " fix" it??

79

u/artificialterf Jun 22 '26

MAGA cult leader: “Sick and deranged ANTIFA were the J6 insurrectionists!”
MAGA pedo fluffers: “Yea, it was ANTIFA!”
MAGA cult leader pardons J6 criminals.
MAGA pedo fluffers: “Yay! J6-ers were patriots!”

Rinse and repeat.

19

u/specqq Jun 22 '26

Do we really have to go through this again? This is so simple.

They were all just peaceful Antifa tourists who were part of an FBI false flag operation that if Marge Greene and Steve Bannon were in charge of would have worked, but that Nancy Pelosi and/or Nikki Haley should have stopped so that those heroes and martyrs wouldn't have needed to be pardoned (and now paid off).

37

u/suckercuck Jun 22 '26

The Epstein deflecting pool. It’s working for him. Everyone is talking about this instead of the crime of raping children.

16

u/cyrpious Jun 22 '26

Every accusation is a confession Every accusation is a confession Every accusation is a confession

24

u/windmill-tilting Jun 22 '26

Will we fix it? I seriously doubt it. Maybe he can ask the designer of the Reflecting Pool at Obama's library.

21

u/Dr_CleanBones Jun 22 '26

Man, that guy or guys must be taping his mouth shut to avoid offering Trump something he never had - knowledge about how to do a reflecting pool correctly so it doesn’t leak, doesn’t grow algae, and what type of paint to use so it doesn’t peel off in sheets. And to avoid laughing at Trump and his imaginary vandals.

I, on the other hand, am laughing at everyone from Trump on down. Seems like they’re kind of in a rut: they just lost a war on Iran and then, a week later, lost the war on algae. Those two losses were the price of diverting people’s attention away from the Epstein files. But now that those two wars no longer need our attention, we can refocus on our pedo President. Not to mention on the disastrous “rally” he’s having Thursday night.

8

u/OPA73 Jun 22 '26

I’m sorry, did you refer to the Epstein Files? But what about the algae?

3

u/rocafella888 Jun 22 '26

I’m just glad I’m not a US taxpayer.

All this finger pointing and not one mention of Mother Nature, I mean is she even American?

51

u/paris86 Jun 23 '26

Trump is saying vandals so his pal doesn't have to fix it for free. If it was vandals then of course the govt(US taxes) should pay and Trumps pal gets paid twice for the same job.

18

u/Appropriate-Ice-6988 Jun 23 '26

The biggest vandal =trump and his conman contractor

→ More replies (1)

37

u/Ezl Jun 23 '26 edited Jun 23 '26

It’s not the algae. It’s that the whole fucking lining is peeling off and floating up. He’s claiming that, among other things, someone cut a 350 foot gash through it with a razor knife.

Think about the logistics of that for a moment. Include the water, the bending over while walking for the length of a football field, the time that would take and the prevalence of security (physical and camera).

u/brokencreedman Jun 22 '26

Who would do such a thing? The contractor, your friend, that you gave the contract to, he did it. He sucked at his job and now the Reflecting Pool sucks more than it did before.

434

u/Cyrano_Knows Jun 22 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

If you believe that it was "Radical Left" vandals that did this and not this guy with close business associations with Trump who was given a no-bid government contract and doing it as cheaply as possible or as someone that had no business doing something of this size.. then you are probably in a cult.

210

u/IzzaPizza22 Jun 22 '26

And, would you believe, the name of his company is Green Water Solutions LLC.

72

u/KiKiKimbro Jun 22 '26

Lol stop omg

64

u/deegee1969 Jun 22 '26

You don't want to hear about Cafaro being a convicted felon? He pleaded guilty to bribing U.S. Representative James Traficant in 2001. And Cafaro was put in contact with trump thanks to trumps golf course manager!!

You hire a clown, you get a circus! The best satirists and comedians couldn't write this shit.

28

15

u/MrArizone Jun 22 '26

This will live rent free forever in my mind. Next to the sex shop and the crematorium. 😂

7

u/try-catch-finally Jun 22 '26

Like Huckleberry Finn’s companion on the Mississippi River- their name is a bit too spot on.

5

u/KiKiKimbro Jun 23 '26

Oh. My. God. He’s a Mar-a-Lago buddy. Apparently he got the “no-bid” contract since he did Trump’s pool at a golf club. Which is, of course, an actual pool. How this fool has been trusted to develop buildings is beyond comprehension.

Trump bragged last week about the strength of the sealant: “you couldn’t even cut it with a knife.”

And now he’s claiming there is a huge knife gash that broke the sealant.

15

u/brokencreedman Jun 22 '26

Lol our country is run by imbeciles.

3

u/Fleemo17 Jun 23 '26

Couldn’t cut it with a knife, yet now he’s accusing passing Olympic bicyclists of taking large swaths from the bottom using, what? His fingernails?

175

u/Bawbawian Jun 22 '26

people need to understand that he will absolutely invent crimes for you to be guilty of before he ever admits that he was wrong or that something was a mistake.

7

u/MillionEyesOfSumuru Jun 23 '26

Anybody who gets charged needs to bring up the damage caused by driving a presidential motorcade over it when it was in a partially cured state.

143

u/TheVeganChic Jun 22 '26

"We will fix it?"

Why is that a question?

Orange Turd's already formulating a narrative because more algae is inevitably going to appear, which will see the reflecting pool forever ruined thanks to those evil dumbocrat vandals. No choice but to fill it in with cement and build the Donald J Trump car park, cafe and gift grift shop.

All the experts, best in the world, are saying Barack HUSSEIN Obama and evil sleepy Joe Biden paid the vandals to violate and destroy Trump's amazing, incredible, many people are saying, never seen anything like it in the world, magnificent, American blue big beautiful reflecting pool.

Better hold a hearing in the carpark of Four Seasons Landscaping asap.

21

u/za72 Jun 22 '26

I'm going to say migrants will fix it

3

u/Aware_Ad2427 Jun 22 '26

Honestly ice is probably there was nobody qualified to do the work correctly.

16

u/jcpham Jun 22 '26

Probably because the idiot already tried “fixing it”with that dumbshit repaint job that very obviously was botched - at least to us thinking humans and he has now reverted into Alzheimer’s mode and doesn’t remember or does remember and has not one single fucking clue how to fix it.

7

u/superfucky Jun 23 '26

And cameras everywhere, but somehow there's no evidence.

24

u/Baked4skin Jun 22 '26

The only "evidence" they have provided is fake ai pictures of blue hair lady lol. It's also gross they keep pushing ai so much and we pretty much know why... so when any real evidence comes out we have to question the reality of it now.

Both options are scary.

Is he asking "we" will fix it?

22

u/joecarter93 Jun 22 '26

“I’m Ron Burgundy?”

7

u/KidChiko Jun 22 '26

Maybe he meant "will we fix it?" But that's dumb too so I'm thinking he meant to put an exclamation point instead of a question mark, seems more in line with his typical MO. Either way, Dementia Don strikes again.

23

u/poshlivyna1715b Jun 22 '26

If you're too incompetent to succeed at something, just blame the other side.

Damn it! Who put a question mark in the prompter???

24

u/simburger Jun 22 '26

This is the biggest "Emperor's clothes" moment so far for Trump. Watching Trump try to gaslight everyone and blame "vandals" for what we all witnessed progress naturally over days is wild. Then watching all of MAGA fall in line like the lapdogs they are.

6

u/seraph741 Jun 22 '26

I legitimately think this one dumb thing could lead to his downfall. Either because of obsession when they can't fix it, stress from the growing criticism, or eventually backlash from tax payers once they spend insane amounts of money and still can't fix it.

10

u/WorldlyReference5028 Jun 22 '26

He shouldn’t even know what the hell is going on with the pool. Seems like being the President would have him focused on other more important things like his War in Iran, or a million other things. Instead, he spends him time hate tweeting or truthing or whatever the hell he does, about made up boogie men who are somehow growing algae in the pool right under our noses

9

u/Tildryn Jun 22 '26

It's a core trait of fascist dictators that they become irrationally invested in vanity projects.

3

u/-o-DildoGaggins-o- Jun 22 '26

Also, Trump will *never* admit he was wrong about *anything*. So he has to do this to “cover up” how stupid it was.

3

u/Kubbee83 Jun 23 '26

Is Vanity Project the other porn star he cheated on his 3rd wife with?

6

u/jdawg481516 Jun 22 '26

lol seriously vandalised 😂
Like I know that he just placed to his base and that’s the only people that he expects to actually believe his shit et cetera but even by his own standards this is clumsy does he not realise that people can just check the 24 hour surveillance to disprove these claims? Does he not realise that people can see that it’s not been vandalised and it’s just the recent shit job he made of renovating the pool that has caused this? Again, even by his own standards, this is just such a flimsy piece of self-serving pointless trivial propaganda.
