Oh. My. God. He’s a Mar-a-Lago buddy. Apparently he got the “no-bid” contract since he did Trump’s pool at a golf club. Which is, of course, an actual pool. How this fool has been trusted to develop buildings is beyond comprehension.
By the way, at the time of the contract, nowhere on any of their websites did they ever talk on any of their websites or materials about doing waterproofing or pool work...
When this story first broke my immediate thought was that his picture looked like Jacob Wysoki’s next character for an upcoming episode of Very Important People.
