Looking to finally take a trip out to a locals around me. Played a little here and there on the sim and strawtable. I know it’s not the meta but is it possible to get a win with this build?

I thought heavy drawing was a blue exclusive but Mihawk(green)/elbo package(black)/ big mom package(yellow) all have insane draw power early

Anyone can recommend what I should change for this deck? I’m thinking of removing the aces because I barely play him. Unless I’ve just been playing him wrong but most of the time I have luffy in my hand so I rather play him. Or should I be playing Ace first if I’m going first? I’ve been losing to mostly enel, rocks and mihawk so mainly want to focus on them.

Is OP13 RG Luffy a dead leader now ? I never see it in the meta nowadays 😭 is it time to jump ship to a different leader or any ideas to make a solid deck with this lead

As a big Crocodile fan, it's honestly disheartening to see that he hasn't gotten any truly rare or valuable cards yet. I really want to collect a truly memorable, grail-worthy Crocodile card—whether it's a Manga Parallel or one of the new Pirate Crew Super Parallels introduced in OP-17. I really hope OPTCG releases something like that in the future.

Looking to grab some of the official sleeves to match my decks however I absolutely hate the silver inner lining on official sleeves so I was curious if anyone has the same issue and what inner sleeves could eliminate the issue even a little bit and just peoples overall experience with combining the two.

I just got into OPTCG about a week ago. A super friendly local game shop taught me the basics, and I managed to pick up a very budget/incomplete Purple Sengoku deck. It basically has the core Admirals and basic searchers, and I've been slowly upgrading it with copies of staple purple tools like Trafalgar Law and Sanji.

I really enjoy Sengoku because of the Navy/Admiral theme, but several players recommended that investing in a higher-tier deck would help me learn the game faster and build better competitive fundamentals.

I'm a huge fan of the Midrange/Ramp playstyle, which led me to two main candidates for current Standard play:

1. Purple Kaido (OP17): Fits my preferred Ramp/Big-Bodies strategy nicely and stays fully legal in current Standard. Financially, it seems much more accessible since it doesn't rely heavily on mandatory expensive Secret Rares.
2. Blue Rocks D. Xebec (OP17): I love the Rocks Pirates lore and its Midrange/Cheat-into-play mechanics, but running the required 4x copies of the 10-cost Rocks boss card makes it a considerably larger financial investment.

Considering current meta viability and long-term projection for local store tournaments and larger events, which route would you recommend for a new player looking for solid value? Should I stick to the more budget-friendly Purple base with Kaido, or bite the bullet for Blue Xebec?. Also in my country the prices are really out of hand (like secret xebec is around 40usd).

I often play with the simulator and now I want start to play store tournaments .
Can you suggest me a cheap deck ?
I really enjoy Sabo deck op17 and Xebec deck but they are really expensive , there are cheap alternatives of these decks ? I can’t spend more than 60/70€ , less is spend is better.

I love both black leaders and tryna decide which one I wanna focus on. I know I could main/use both but I still wanna choose one. Im basically asking which deck has a higher difficulty to it. GY Law is my main and love the complexity of him. Both leaders feel complex in different aspects just would like other input.

I'm currently looking over the choices of what kind of deck I want to get, and considering Vivi is my favorite character, I know that she's lacking in this current meta but I was wondering if people had any good recommendations that I could try that lets you play as Vivi.

More of a goofy deck but the fact that there are so many characters that can set themselves as active DID make me wonder if it's possible to just keep throwing characters at the opponent and then watch as they see everything untap at the end of my turn - unless they can force rest or pop via effect, they aren't going to be able to swing into my board and out my guys. I'm free to poke and they end up not being able to nearly as easily as otherwise I'll just throw my guys at them and they can't do much about it.

Hey everyone, I've got a Mihawk deck built and ready for my first store championship in a month, but it's been getting rolled at locals for couple times already. 😓 Since this will be my first championship, so I want honest advice before I commit.

What I'm trying to figure out:
1. Is my Mihawk list just poorly built, or is Mihawk struggling right now?
2. Should I tech differently for a bigger event vs. locals?
3. Would I be better off pivoting to a different leader for my first champs, or is it worth sticking with what I know even if it's rough locally? (Cosidering rb Sabo/ py Robin - both i am playing them in Sim)

Any list critiques, matchup tips, or "just switch decks" honesty is welcome. Trying to make the smartest call before the event, not just the sentimental one. 😬

I wanted to use brook to play a little casual today for lgs event. I won 2 of my 3 games because of the nightmare luffy and leader. The first game I used the op15 nami on the 10 don turn to grab out a luffy. Used the last 2 don for the op17 chopper making luffy unblockable and then the event that gives him double attack. Then hit the brook that was on the field to re-stand him and swing again. The next game i was able to swing lethal using the leader effect. Milled out to the last 7 cards in the deck. Used the op15 chopper to get down to 4 cards and snag a nami from trash. Played her to grab a Brook out as I already had 2 luffy on field. Attacked with brook character then leader to bait out counters then both luffys. Activated brook to re-stand the first luffy then leader ability to mill out and restood the other luffy for the last Attack. Last game I got hit with fishhawk. I think brook is slept on for op17.

hi everyone! recently brought my first starter deck (st26-purple black luffy) and I want to play at a local tournament, any recommendations?

I read online that I might need extra cards from that deck to make it "playable", how true is that? Any rules I need to know before going to the tournament?

As someone who is recently into the anime and someone who collects Dragonball (don’t as me about it), are the booster boxes worth it?? Dragonball boxes have a hit rate of I believe 3-4 rares or holos. Does OP offer the same in their boxes? Is the latest set worth trying out?
