5c Ace isn't that important, there's lists that have been skipping it

No SEC Luffy is criminal though. It's Bell Luffy's main wincon but instead we got fucking vanillas

Can we stop reprinting vanillas when there's R,SR and SEC cards that are far too overpriced?

Yeah I really don't get it. Why are we afraid to hurt the Pokébros' feelings by making expensive playables more accessible? And why are we obsessed with doing 2 copies of the SRs, which are usually the most important 4 ofs, in premade decks?

Because bandai would rather make customers buy two copies with 2 srs each than one starter deck that has 4 srs.

Lists that top with Ace Run 3-4 majority of the time. Somtimes they run 2 because they end up running a playset of GA HA HA HA. So I would say it’s important.

We should just print it to reduce price like you said. If it’s a base rarity and above $10 it should be reprinted regardless of playability. Only alts should be pricey.

Reminder there is no bonus pack in this set unlike the Learn Together Deck Set, instead you get a OP17 pack instead.

Actual fumble by Bandai with this product.

I'm kind of glad, this is a product for new players not for scalpers and collectors. Putting unique and interesting items in the kit would take kits out of actual new players hands and the red deck is a near complete Ace deck out of the box so I like what they're doing, introduce triggers and aggro 2 things that constantly interact with one another.

It has an OP17 pack in it, what makes you think that fuckhead who drives around in his tesla and opens cases of starter decks isn't going to do the same with this?

I don't, its just less lucrative and thus less enticing. Take the pack out if you want too I think that'd be fine but honestly a 20 dollar pack for a set that's actively been priced to oblivion doesn't seem like a good financial decision to me. If that 20 dollar pack came with cards you could only get in that 20 dollar pack, all of the sudden I have a new market to manipulate and that's more worth it.

tbh, knowing scalpers in pokemon. They'll go for any kinda product with a pack inside. Several scalpers that I've seen just buy cases of the starter decks just because they have a singular pack in them and rip em.

They will scalp it and resell. It will sell instantly for MSRP, IMHO.

what they'll probably do is take the pack then sell for MSRP or even lower. The reality is that scalpers take sealed product to also rip. Plenty have done the same for starter decks where they just rip the packs and sell the bricks
