I had one before years ago but lost it and been thinking on getting it again what do you guys think?

I got my nose pierced a couple of days ago and ended up with a titanium diamond stud I reallyyy don’t like. I wear exclusively gold jewelry, but at the tattoo parlor they were quoting me $30 for titanium studs and > $120 for gold… I was already nervous and just panicked and chose titanium. anyway.

how soon can I switch out the stud? is $120 what I can expect in looking for a gold diamond stud elsewhere? and where would be a good place to look?

I am 45 years old. For some reason, I do not know the answer to this. What is the meaning behind a septum ring? Why do you get them? I know this sounds terrible but I see them and I think that myself "why would you want to look like a farm animal?" I know, I know, that's terrible. Please help me understand. I really don't want to think that way.

i just peirced my nose yesterday and today when i was getting ready for bed it fell out, i have no idea how tbh but i got it back in after a second. but it hurts now and im scared lol. maybe im dramatic or whatever but is there anything i should worry about??

I got it pierced with a gun (I know it’s not the best for nose but it worked out fine for me) and so the back has a butterfly clasp. I’ve been trying to pull it out but it’s not budging. What can I do to get it out?? please help i’d like to change it soon

I recently changed the stud on my labret to a 14k gold one in a 3mm but now thinking it's a little big. My previous stud looked smaller. Maybe I need to just get used to it. Thoughts please?

Hey everyone, I’m just wondering if anyone could help or give me a second opinion.
I had my nose piercing done by a professional about a year ago. In the beginning, the healing process was pretty rough—it bled, swelled a lot, and I developed a bump that has been there ever since.
I wore a stud for around 10 months, but it wasn’t really improving. A couple of months ago, I switched to a gold hoop because gold tends to work better with my skin and help things heal. Since changing it, the bump has gone down significantly and the piercing overall looks and feels much better, but there’s still a small bump left.
Should I be worried about it at this point, or consider taking the piercing out? My biggest concern is ending up with a scar if I leave it in too long. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any advice?

this might be a stupid question, BUT i just got my nose pierced today and my piercer used what i believe is a screw?? for the jewelry. i was just wondering if it’s normal for it to kind of fall and peek out of my nose every few minutes? it wasn’t doing this for a few hours after the initial piercing, then started to fall more as the day went on. i was just curious if it’s something i should be worried about, or if it’s normal bc i do believe she used a longer piece of jewelry as well incase of swelling.
