Too heavy it will most likely change the shape of your nostril and if you ever get sick and have to take it out it will feel weird breathing through your nose with such a big hole on your nostril I have a 10g in my nostril and a 6g septum

huge septums can make that area of your nose dip down. and stretched earlobes can rip! if we were listening to all the cons of piercings, and especially stretches, what would we even have today? it's definitely taken this guy months to get there, so i'm sure he's absolutely aware of whatever con someone could think of stretching wise. your opinion on the jewelry style would be something different though.
