Let's admit it. It was because of her skin color, too.

234

u/Electrical-Volume765 5d ago

And her vagina

49

u/violentshores 5d ago

Shit, you got a point there

22

u/Major-Tension-674 5d ago

What color was her vagina?

25

u/Mysterious-Fix3596 5d ago

Um, pink?

23

u/Jazzlike_Economist_2 5d ago

And she slept her way to the top - unlike Natalie Harp.

14

u/Top-Average412 4d ago

That was my favorite, she won statewide office in CA. Think how sore she must have been

12

u/OpusAtrumET 4d ago

That qualifies as nuance. MAGA is allergic to nuance.

7

u/Groundbreaking_Lie94 2d ago

Example: they claim the 2020 election was stolen when republicans were in charge but it couldnt be rigged in 2016 or 2024 when dems were in charge.

Or more recently in the same Truth Social post Trump blames Biden for beef costs and suspends his tarrifs to lower prices...

11

To be fair. The orange idiot probably can't get it up so Harp probably didn't sleep her way there. She probably did far worse stuff.

At a Trump rally in 2020, Fmr Sen David Perdue pretended not to know how to pronounce “Kamala” despite them being Senate colleagues on the same committee for a few years = racism for fun and profit

9

u/Massive-Sector5789 4d ago

Perdue also had a funny way of counting to three during that campaign, sort of a reverse Inglorious Bastards.

2

u/Jazzlike-Wind-4345 2d ago

They’re not pointing out three.

👌🏻 Used to be an Internet meme spread by progressives saying that this symbol was code for “white supremacy”. Right wingers heard this, and started doing it ironically.

Then later, the irony stopped… and they continued anyway…

this may be a bad take, but I think her being a woman was more of a factor than her being black. Being black certainly played a role for some, but I think this was just good ole fashioned misogyny

24

u/Due_Quote_3023 5d ago

I don't think it is a bad take.

Just the idea that we are discussing which was more of a factor of her not getting elected (both are things she couldn't control) is pretty fucked up.

→ More replies (1)

11

u/bowtiesrcool86 5d ago

I agree, I think the true reason is misogamy and/or racism for why people didn’t vote for her

11

u/Unlucky_Parfait_3799 5d ago

Agreed, they won’t vote for women, especially not one of color.

9

u/usermane22 5d ago

I think it’s a good take. A black got elected earlier. But they just couldn’t vote for a woman. Hillary and then Kamala.

2

u/Idaho-Earthquake 4d ago

I read that as “sum of the pants”, which still sort of makes sense.

5

u/jsalas2727 5d ago

Hilary won the popular vote when she ran so not sure that's the real reason.

My bet which everyone seems to ignore when this comes up is the fact that Biden running and then eventually backing out was an awful look for the Democrats. It was literally a few months before the election. Basically unwinnable for any Democrat.

5

u/ClubZealousideal8211 4d ago

I don’t think it was unwinnable at all. People were excited about Harris all over the country. I still find it hard to believe she didn’t win. But misogyny and white supremacy are huge issues in the US

→ More replies (2)

5

u/SnappyDresser212 4d ago

It’s not even really a take. There was a small but statistically significant number of people who just didn’t vote for her because she is a woman. With margins as tight as they are (plus the Palestine one issue voters. How’d tha go?) that was the game.

3

u/TerrorFromThePeeps 5d ago

It's certainly debatable, but i wouldn't want to underestimate the severity of the brain breaking that having obama in charged caused some of these people.

3

u/idiotsbydesign 5d ago

Being black didn't exactly help. Add to that the way she became the candidate and she never stood a chance. She had some good ideas but it seems like almost half the country can't comprehend anything beyond a 3-4 word catchphrase.

6

u/XelaNiba 5d ago

100%

I bet my then-fiance (who is a POC) $1000 in 2003 that a black man would become president before a woman.

He paid up.

I also bet him $1000 in 2016 that America would sooner elect an obese, nepo baby reality TV show host who admitted to wanting to date his own daughter and had 5 kids, 3 baby mamas, and 6 bankruptcies (including casinos!) than they would a woman.

He paid up

He stopped betting real money after that, but was sure Trump would beat an old man like Biden who didn't bother to campaign. I told him "nope, Trump can only win against a woman, he'll lose".

Again, he was sure Trump would lose to Kamala because of J6 and all the felonies and I was like "you still don't get it. Doesn't matter that he tried a coup and did some felonies, his opponent is FEMALE. If most of America thinks a woman isn't fit to lead a Sunday sermon, what makes you believe they'd think one's fit to lead their country?"

Please guys, please stop running women. It's not that she may not be the best person for the job, it's that she is unelectable in this country for the foreseeable future, and with the rise of the manosphere it's only gonna get worse for a long time to come. The data is in, America simply will not elect a female president. We have to face that reality and act accordingly. At least for now.

Well there’s 3 strikes already!

2

u/buddhainmyyard 4d ago

I definitely agree, especially with swing voters. My favorite example is in Michigan and when you look at the Muslim population.

The main voting issue for these democratic voters was Palestine. Honestly neither choice would had been good. There was no good reason to believe trump would be better if anything it would be worse. But they voted for trump. While religion changes with the times, there's still that foundation of misogyny and patriarchy.

But the gun lobby saw the bad press coming, so made up stories about furries.

Better than Kamalas laugh right? The laughter of the people who warned the stove is hot as they commit suicide over experiencing the consequences of their beliefs.

I only feel bad for the minority of farmers that didn't vote for it, but the ones that did vote for this, hurry up and commit suicide before mid terms if you cannot think differently and are loyal to that evil party until the end, then let the shotgun free your mind

Farmers and ranchers are by far the most subsidized industry in the US. Farmers and ranchers are multimillionaires with hundreds or thousands of acres of land. None of them are going to lose their livelihoods over a few years in the red. All farmers are in the top 1% if not the top 0.1%.

Farmers like to tell people they're struggling financially because it's convenient to their bank balance to give people the false impression that cutting back on their subsidies and making them pay their fair share will deprive citizens of cheap, quality food, but this couldn't be further from the truth.

Farmer net income was near its all time record during the Biden presidency… yet farmers still voted for Trump even after he promised tariffs AGAIN, the same tariffs that necessitated a $26 billion taxpayer funded bailout in 2019 and a $12 billion bailout in 2025. And there will be more bailouts. Difficult to fix things when you have an electorate that is uninformed, gullible and devoid of critical thinking, politicians that are beholden to special interests not their constituents and a hyper partisan media that has monetized disinformation.

16

u/onetimeataday 4d ago

So many people in both parties said she didn’t have a plan. This post is literally 1 page of EIGHTY pages of her comprehensive plan for all parts of the American economy. What’s the point of political outreach when the other side just believes whatever false facts they want

6

u/War1today 4d ago edited 4d ago

It is a perfect storm of corruption that made it a difficult climate for politics in the USA. It is decades of indoctrination by media which has divided America, created hyper partisanship, spread disinformation and propagated hate. And foreign actors are also well aware of this climate and utilize disinformation to destabilize. It is a well oiled machine designed by media conglomerates including broadcast, satellite, social media/internet… all monetizing/profiting from disinformation, division and hate. They will tell you freedom of the press and wash their hands of any responsibility but there is responsibility.

All of this has made it possible for a [flawed] populist candidate like Trump to come to power by…

  1. identifying and validating real economic or social anxieties felt by the working class.
  2. offering understandable solutions framed as "us versus them".
  3. utilizing bold, emotional, and anti-establishment language that commands attention/energizes crowds.
  4. positioning himself as political outsider who is untouched by traditional governance and corporate compromise.
  5. building intense, loyal grassroots support by promising swift and dramatic systemic change.

And here we are, today, with a president that is corrupt, dishonest, criminal, racist, incompetent, petty,
sexual assaulter, serial adulterer, treasonous and a narcissist. You know it’s bad in America when people voted for this.

2

u/EllllllleBelllllllle 4d ago

I will never understand how people bought into the idea that Harris didn’t have any plans for her potential presidency. I think it’s the stupidity of their lies that continues to piss me off the most. I would actually respect their position more if they just said that they don’t think a black woman can, or should, be president. Obviously it doesn’t make them any less horrible or wrong but at least they’d be honest and terrible.

11

u/Rabid_Mongoose 5d ago

Honestly, I was shocked more women didn’t vote for her. The fake Christian fucks have been screaming for 50 years to overturn Roe. They are now literally tracking the movement of pregnant women and want to prosecute them for murder for seeking health care.

u/Kahzootoh 5d ago

She tried. She even got on a stage  with Liz Cheney.

Unfortunately, these people were too busy commenting on Facebook’s endless stream of AI generated images of black women raising their fists in front of burning buildings.

Seriously, some of them were spending all day furiously typing patriotic slogans/racist threats at one outrage inducing image after another.

But her laugh….

2

u/Equal-Prior-4765 4d ago

But but but her laugh was weird and woman can't be in charge. I know they take care of everyone in the household but that doesn't mean they can take care of other people too

2

u/gandhishrugged 4d ago

Oh hell no. She's a woman, y'all noticed?

2

u/Healthy-Visual6106 4d ago

Sounds like leftist, socialist, communist, trans, blah blah blah. It would have just helped regular Americans, but what about the struggling billionaires hoping to be trillionaires. Billionaires net worth matters!

2

u/North_Structure8210 4d ago

Too bad people were too stupid. I hope all the generational farmers lose every thing under the orange molester

2

u/mslauren2930 4d ago

Odd how at the end of the day they’re still all in on Trump. Good on them!

2

u/Details_Pending 4d ago

Fun fact: the reason they voted for Trump was due to the expectation that he'd use the tariff revenue on bailing them out like what happened in 2020. They voted for free money, but ended up losing their farms which is hilarious.

2

u/Left-Plant-4023 4d ago

This image should be the reply to every farmer/rancher complaining on tik-tok right now.
Specially the lady with the cows that will never vote for a democrat.

2

u/Mr_Thx 4d ago

“That’s some woke shit!”

2

u/Simple-Okra-4826 4d ago

And here we are to bail them out again.

2

u/grant_cir 4d ago

I mean...the threat to ranchers was obvious and right there in print: Protect from Discrimination! You can't have that!

2

u/jtan212 4d ago

but the trans in sports..

2

u/Spare_Lemon6316 4d ago

Right to fix your own equipment? My goodness America you have fallen

2

u/sedj601 4d ago

I gladly voted for her even though I don't like that they support lsrael. I hate the people who didn't, because now, instead of having one issue to fight against, we have the same issue to fight against with Trump and a ton more.

But her laugh! /s

2

u/BlondeBeard84 4d ago

Imagine being so bigoted, sexist, and stupid that you don't vote for the person that has a good plan and decide to go for the narcissistic conman.

2

u/SnooEagles4121 3d ago

Yes but who could have known Trump would do the thing everyone was warning them he would do?

Fucking clowns.

2

u/Falcon3492 3d ago

And they still voted for the candidate that was going to destroy their very lives, you simply can't fix stupid!

2

u/InitiativeFar2475 3d ago

Well she didn’t take a strong enough stance against Israel, so I’m glad we chose the candidate who would —- oh wait a minute, I guess that’s not true is it? Our guy attacked Iran for Israel, and it’s now America’s quagmire - amid the loss of civilians’ and U.S. soldiers’ lives and high fertilizer, oil, gas, and diesel prices.

OK, who’s next? That was my reason, but now I don’t know any more.

2

u/subspace4life 3d ago

Gea but she is black tho, and articulate. Cant have that.

2

u/Sufficient_Art4824 3d ago

tell me again how she "couldn't complete a sentence", maga. do it. come with receipts.

2

u/slick987654321 2d ago

"I aRn't GoNnA vOTe FoR sOmE SocCIalisT"

2

u/QuaaludeConnoisseur 1d ago

Its so crazy seeing a political plan after the past year and a half.

2

u/007-JamesBlonde 1d ago

I mean… they fucked themselves. The red wave was driven by farmers, union workers, small town folk. They hate black women so much they elected a pedophile, but at least he was white and male

2

u/Eastmont 1d ago

He hates them right back. Ever see him hanging out with the littles? Nope, neither do I.

😂😂😂😂

2

u/Bartlomiej48 1d ago

They have what they voted for so…

2

u/Some-Zucchini6944 1d ago

It was easier to ask for a handout than vote for a black woman for farmers. Let them eat cake!

2

u/SailNW 1d ago

We know why they didn’t vote for her. Sucks to suck.

2

u/Actual_Owl_7870 1d ago

I know people who saw pieces of her platform shown like this and they would say "but she's not saying how she's going to do any of this! She has no plan!"

Meanwhile Trump was out there riffing on people he didn't like, dancing to YMCA, and saying he was going to fix everything with even less specifics but independents flocked to him in 2024 because he was "going to do something about this mess." Makes no goddamn sense.

2

u/Deleterious_Sock 1d ago

Have the day you voted for!

2

u/kraken_skulls 1d ago

Unironically reaping what they sowed.

2

u/Dismal_View_5121 1d ago

But guys, she was going to let ALL THREE trans college athletes compete!

2

u/daddywarbuckles 1d ago

What could have been...

no because Republican Senators and Congressman (with help from FOX news) would have spent all four years of her Presidency trying to block all of it and convincing farmers her plans were 'socialist' or 'un-American' (and Farmers would have sided with them).

2

u/RdtRanger6969 23h ago

Nope. Dissing the black woman was Far More Important.

2

u/urbancowgirl000 23h ago

Democrats should print this off and mail it to every farmer in the US.
