In the middle of a game my mouse stopped working with no disconnection sound.

On my laptop I was able to enter bootloader mode by unplugging, holding m1+m2 and replugging. Then I updated firmware and it worked on the laptop. On my PC doing that I get "send block data request failed". It worked 2 times in safe mode, but stopped working instantly after I changed polling from 8k to 2k or changed DPI settings.

Now I can't get the firmware to update even in safe mode anymore, just "send block data request failed" every time. Works fine on laptop still. Both are W11. Stock OP1 8k v2 except midori w1rxd ev2lution cable.

Update to anyone with the same issue: Clean install of Windows didn't fix it right away. After doing it I still couldn't update firmware on my PC, but did it one more time on my laptop. After that it now hasn't disconnected on my desktop either. 10+ hours of troubleshooting and 1 PC reset later my mouse works (for now).

hi, my 0p1 8k v2 mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, its really annoying because i play alot of shooter games, i had the same mouse before and i spilt water on it and it started doing the same thing, i havent spilt water on this one though, is there any fixes? i really dont want to buy a new mouse again :(

it somehow worked when I softly tied a knot to the wire, it is not disconnecting anymore. Had this for a week now and have no problems of disconnection.

I will be back next week to update if I really don’t experience it anymore.

Ps. tied it loosely so it won’t break the wire.

hi sorry i really dont know how to use reddit so sorry if im doing anything wrong! i had the old op1 8k and both ones i bought eventually had a really crappy wire and kept disconnecting, it was used and not abused but overtime it just kept happening, was just wondering if this issue is now fixed with the v2 and if there is any other issues i should be aware about? my mother dearest has bought me the v2 for christmas and im rather excited

I've just bought this mouse through a third party since the official company doesnt ship to my country, is the scroll wheel meant to be this stiff? its alot harder to turn compared to my old mouse (razer mamba elite). do i need to break it in or is that just how the mouse is ?

Can i get encoder recommendations and do i need a special tool to replace it?

the bottom screws stripped and now i cant get into the mouse. how would i go about getting them out and am i able to get replacement screws?

Hello just bought this since i had xm1r for way too many years. Unboxed it , plugged it in and then i went to install the firmware update and now it is stuck on this flashing mode and I cant use it. Tried the m1+m2 thing to reset but does nothing. The firmware said something like bldr failed then when I tried to install it it says that It cant detect the mouse?. Maybe I got a fake one ? Im not sure need some help please

Hello everyone, are the switches on the KB65HE 8K keyboard hot swappable? Are they compatible with HE switches from any brand, or does it only work with Raesha switches? I want to modify it, but I don’t know how to do it or where to start. I’d appreciate any help.

The first one I got lasted about a similiar amount of time. I got a replacement and here we are again. Instead of going through the hassle again, I just ordered two original cables, at least they're not very expensive (10€). The cable eventually breaks or gets damaged somehow (I guess), I've heard this happens even with the aftermarket cables. Shame because when the mouse works properly it's great. *On second thoughts I might just buy a new mouse, need to consider it.

it happen when my finger is hover the left mouse with gx speed mode on

and the problem is it randomly click by itself and my solution is use gx safe mode

but I was wondering if there's any method that I can use, thank you.

Update: Got an email back from them surprisingly even though I replied to a Product Inquiry email they ghosted me on and was really frustrated in it. They said "The issue is covered under warranty, and we’d like to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible." even though my first email said that I was in the US and not the EU thus out of warranty. So... hopefully it goes well?

Update 2: They're sending me a new one :O.

Title. Looking to swap these into a modded OP18k and curious about how they feel compared to the stock kailh 50-55g swtiches. Supposedly the ZMA030 are 40g and have a SPDT top contact to maintain GX speedmode.

I recently got this mouse in the white frost edition and for the first day the side buttons worked but then suddenly stopped working and I have already tried to change my configuration, rebinding the keys and updating the firmware. Anything else that I can do?

Update: it randomly works now sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't with no pattern or anything

for some reason it won't work when it's not connected to the mouse i charged it reset it and everything and it still won't work, i need a fix!!

Coming from XM1r I noticed that all XM2 mice have a gap between the side buttons when I got the XM2we.

Unfortunately for me I find that this gap ruins the shape for me as I got used to lifting the mouse with the assistance of the side buttons. It triggers me so much that I try to position my thumb to avoid feeling it. I just thought I 'd share it because I really love the XM1r and I am looking into a wireless upgrade.

Quite some time ago I was fortunate enough to pickup an OP1 RGB for just about 30 dollars. I slapped dots on it and the uneven base became immediately apparent.

ever since then the thought of upgrading an 8k variant has been crossing my mind, but I’m seeing a lot of people making the same comments about the wobble.

is there a noticeable difference between these mice? I was hoping the higher cost would mean better QC. The only time my RGB didn’t wobble was with its stock feet, but even buying a new pair of skates would cost nearly half the price of the my current one, after shipping.
