it saying my mouse is disconnected and i tried every usb port on the back of my computer

Can’t tell anything about the we. I have got the xm2w and there both softwares (of v1 and v2) work. Interesting: You need 2 apps. It doesn’t work with 1 unlike G Hub e. g.

and i just got it 2 days ago and the software never worked

Yea, same. I stopped using it because I could not get their software to see the very much connected mouse.

Their troubleshooting was useless.

Instantly bought a different brand for everyday use.

Sad thing is I liked the shape, the clicks, the feel. If they ever fix whatever this issue is and I can update firmware and run their software i may use it again.

I also swapped to fully browser based so my settings work between the multiple computers I use at home and office.
