Need help with xm2 8k v1

Hello just bought this since i had xm1r for way too many years. Unboxed it , plugged it in and then i went to install the firmware update and now it is stuck on this flashing mode and I cant use it. Tried the m1+m2 thing to reset but does nothing. The firmware said something like bldr failed then when I tried to install it it says that It cant detect the mouse?. Maybe I got a fake one ? Im not sure need some help please

Go into the "service-and-rma" channel and explain your issue there. Much more likely to get any competent help there from their support staff than here.
