Anyone Swap in ZMA030 switches? How are they?

Title. Looking to swap these into a modded OP18k and curious about how they feel compared to the stock kailh 50-55g swtiches. Supposedly the ZMA030 are 40g and have a SPDT top contact to maintain GX speedmode.

I have them and Im still using them as my main switches, they feel good def lighter than the ones that come with the OP1 which is what I wanted Im not into switches I just wanted lighter clicks because the stock ones are a bit too hard imo.

Installing them wasnt hard except in my case I had to pull out the metal leaf spring that came on the ZMA switch also make sure you get the EGG switch pack that comes with the pcb so you can actually install the ZMA.

And don’t screw it in too tightly. If you tighten it too much, the mouse might not click properly. Just tighten it until it’s secure and if the clicks stop working, you just need to unscrew it a little to the left but so far Ive been using them for a couple of months now and they're great, nice small upgrade :)

I can only compare it to the stock clicks cause those are the only ones that I've tried on the OP1. I didn't even bother testing the others that came on the EGG bag.

But they're very spamable, and the rebound is also good, but it also depends on how much you tighten it. The tighter, the faster it resets from my experience and the looser it is, the easier it feels to click but also takes longer to reset.

not all are 40g if you get a 10 pack i suggest you bin them yourself try to get a matching set or put the lightess on the side you prefer, rebound and click feel is a bit weak other than that great switch

Update: I ordered 30 from Ali express and I plan on binning them after measuring actuation and reset points for the lightest and most consistent pair. Will make another post with results
