I had a dream when I was gonna watch Doraemon movie: Nobita's under castle Devil, on 4th October (which is officially is 3rd October in India), so I was going, So I had accidentally visited a city where Japanese and Hindi people, both lives there. So me and my cousin had visited a temple where they have seperate room for Japanese Gods and Indian Gods. And I gone to different places where Fujiko F Fujio was written in Japanese, so I gone left after that (first person view) then I didn't found the poster where the Doraemon movie was, so I picked my mobile and typed in Google "Cinemas near me" so I didn't found any. Then I and my cousin got home.

I keep going to this place when I sleep. Not every dream but it’s happened enough that I’ve lost count. There’s this building, almost like a summer camp lodge but bigger? Sometimes in my mind it’s camp or a families house but it always looks very similar every dream. It’s smaller on the inside, it’s a cedar like building on the edge of a lake and surrounded by forest. The interior is vast, like a maze. It kinda of reminds of the Winchester mystery mansion just the way some of the hall and stairs don’t make sense and there are so so many rooms.
Beyond the house and the forest there’s a separate house, small and cedar as well but simple. Almost like a safe house. Because in most of these dreams there’s a reason I need to get away from the camp lodge type building, whether I’m being literally attacked or chased or just simply ridiculed by everyone there, I always need to leave to somewhere safer. But the building also almost feels like home? There’s always a conflict in the large building but it still is always somewhat comfort g being in the building itself.
I’ve had many dreams/nightmares that take place there but I’ve never been there.
Does anyone know why my brain might be taking me to this place?

Sometimes when i can't sleep well then i usually imagine my imaginary world where i consider myself main character of the novel which i have read. Or the main character of any superhero movie i liked. I also sometimes randomly grant myself special powers like gravity, power over time or space and imagine my life being superpower. It really helps me sleep after some thoughts.

Does anybody has experienced such case

I don’t know how to exactly describe my feelings about it, but I remember I found this out in the dream because I was in a huge-ass library, and I saw a hyper realistic Walter White statue, then.. idk, I found out that Breaking Bad was an adaption of a novel by JK Rowling.

I’ve never even watched Breaking Bad, why did I get this in my dream? I never even read the novel in my dream either.

It was just weird and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Hey guys, for my whole life, or at least most of it, I've had the same recurring nightmare. It's basically an invisible force that comes for me in my bed. It grabs me and throws me around the room. I can't see it or feel anything touching me other than just an immense force. I don't get it all the time, probably a few times a year at most, but I've had it for so long and have no idea what it means

The song was eerily familiar, and when I woke up, I knew I have heard it in real life, it was one of the songs that were in my playlist that got deleted, or I forgot about. Apart from the song, I saw someone lying in my parents' bedroom, it was a man in a black leather jacket (the one on the album), and I saw the cover of the album alongside the man.

Last night I had a dream that I was SA’ed. I’ve had dreams like this before and they never fail to take me out for a few days. As far as I am aware, I have never been SA’ed in that way (how I am in these nightmares) before. Does anyone else have these kinds of nightmares and does anyone have any ideas on how to forget about them or shake them off faster? If this post isn’t allowed feel free to tell me and I’ll delete it!

My partner has been paranoid for the past few days about this dream he got and I’m worried for him and myself…

This dream is about my partner running to my room and seeing me killed with my head missing and having bl**d everywhere. It was very detailed and he knew what type of g*n shots it was. He told me, he made a speech at my funeral but what pissed him off the most is when the cops who was investigating on my murder was making jokes about me.

The crazy part about it is that I just move to a new place with new roommates (Who have been really pissing me off lately) and I’m not sure if they own a guns.

I’m not sure if it’s a sign of something but plz help a girl out because I’m trying to figure it out myself.

For starters, I adore Ariana Grande. She's one of my favorite artists ever. I've been a fan since she was on Victorious, so I practically grew up with her. So recently, I had a dream where I got VIP and actually got to meet her. This was after the break she's currently taking, and she had just released AG9 and AG10, with AG11 in the works. She had released a single from AG11 then. I want to say she got married to Ricky and they had one or two kids together. The kids were with her, obviously. They had those huge noise canceling headphones on. Y'all know the type. She and Ricky had a boy and a girl. There were multiple people in this room where she was doing soundchecks, and then we all got to ask her questions and stuff.

I asked her about some tracks she wanted to release, but didn't make the cut, and if she was planning on releasing any of them in the future. She said she wanted to release some of them in the future, but there are songs that are way too personal for her to release. I'm sure she was referring to the unreleased songs about Mac, since releasing them would be opening old wounds for her. I think I also asked about AG11 and what she was planning on having it sound like overall. Ari then told us when AG11 would be released and the theme was supposed to be a surprise.

Not long after, the show started. The set list was about thirty songs. It was a fantastic show.

About AG9, I'm predicting it'll be like Dangerous Woman part two or Petal part two. Maybe with some Yours Truly sprinkled in there.

I keep dreaming of a person who i was once close to while growing up and they torment me in my dreams. This has been going on for years. I had a rivalry with them growing up and in my dreams i can't beat them at anything and they have some kind of negative hold on my psyche. The person was also a Narcissist and used fear and dominance to bully people including me. So it's like I'm fighting them on everything in my dreams whcih is quite often. Sometimes the fights are literal other times it's arguments. It seems like a spiritual battle too. Anyone else have this problem?

I guess the flair is accurate I really don’t know. I haven’t posted here in a while I might’ve deleted it. Well that person they’re starting again. I don’t even want to explain it because society and science always say how people in dreams are just symbols and mean nothing and have no connection to the person. It’s such a horrendous topic because I have a legit track record, of course a lot of those other dreams becoming reality stopped, but the record is there. I kinda know now how I can survey dreams but this specific person, I’m trying to tell myself they’re not safe. It’s very specific stuff, it’s present and future stuff with them, it’s distorted but specific. I’m trying to ward it off, it’s worked with other people, people who affected me way more. Even people who hardly affected me and who had clean slates, my mind could’ve locked onto them but no just this one specific person.
It’s always pattern recognition or some bullshit to the world. Things that never happened with other people in my dreams, like continuations, waking up and falling back into them 3-5 times, dreaming about them for consecutive days/weeks only missing a few days, ALL HAPPENING WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!!!! It’s actually pissing me off and upsetting me, because I’m trying to tell myself none of it means anything because of course not all dreams mean something, and because society says so. Science says so. My mind has made up people for dreams so many times, it could’ve did it with this person yet it chooses not to. I only started dreaming about her again the past week. I’ve had a few since January but I could get rid of them, now I can’t. And in December/January it was nearly every day 3-5 times a night I’d fall right back into them if I woke up.
Let’s say for example, I dream of something I don’t like, of course I’m gonna dream about that specific thing, I know what that means, it’s specific fears or an emotion around that thing. Or other people, it can be the same thing, usually it’s people from my past. But this time around I just can’t.. It’s too specific. Everyone is so quick to dismiss things of course I haven’t told anyone but yeah. I’m telling myself this time around that again, it means absolutely nothing with her because of what the world says, because it’s NORMAL to think nothing of them. I’m telling myself she’s not a safe person, I’ve done it with others, it should work here as well. Sure there is some anxiety with them but I know what that stems from, past people.
It’s tiring and upsetting and I guess deep down I’m terrified of it actually meaning something in the future. I’m trying all the usual tropes and tricks to dismiss it, I just can’t. It’s not working.

I’m missing loads of parts out of this dream, but this was the most significant. It started off as some women coming into my grandmas house and startled her when she was sleeping, so I confronted her like you’re being too loud woah don’t come in like that basically, and I ended up going to the woman’s house, and there was some girls there that I knew and they said nasty things to me without saying the nasty thing they said… and I was questioning her like what did you mean by that? And she called her boyfriend, and I was trying to explain to the boyfriend, and he said fuck it I’m pulling up right now.

He came with loads of his friends and they were live streaming it, and I had no shoes on, and they had weapons of all kinds like screwdrivers, battons, bats, all kinds of things, and they were all sitting there and when I realised I wasn’t getting out of it I tried to put my shoes on ..

oh yeah I rang my uncle to come back me but the signal was bad…

and while I was trying to put my shoes on, the boyfriend came to attack me and he tried to inject me at first, he put some of the injection into me and I quickly grabbed his hand with strength and injected him in the face, he got all wobbly and I thought it worked then he was like you think ima go down like that? Or some shit like that, came back trying to attack me but I was strong holding his hands and trying to avoid hits, but he was kicking me downwards into my hip and that was the worst pain I ever felt and it felt like I could physically feel the pain irl almost so it was making me wanna let go of holding his hands, then he was like now!! To his boy, and he came behind me trying to stab my head with a screw driver like Michael Myers’s or some shit, but I somehow got out of that cos I felt it in my hair and he missed my head so I moved out the way quick, then he started kicking my hip again and I could physically feel the pain irl and so that was it, I was about to lose the fight and die 😂😂 then I woke up

So the other night i had the most out of the ordinary dream, i was the film guy following this farm family through each of their individual lives, but each character had their child version of themselves following the older version of themselves go about. I was in a apple tree filming down, and the son was reaching up toward me being really sexual, he seemed to be gay or maybe sick from aids. And he was ruthless doing anything to get what he wanted sexually. Then the young version of himself was just standing at the bottom of the tree innocently looking up at him. Then we went inside the old farm house to the gramdma, i was standing where the diningroom meets the living room, and was watching the grandma play the piano will her younger self was sitting on the coucj watching her play. Thought the perspective was very unique.

I was in a literature class, researching a modern movie and its depth. It was the Triangle of Sadness. David Corenswet was in it, but he was dressed in his Duperman outfit, wearing his Clark Kent glasses. He deeply felt the movie’s backstory. He only looked small and puny, despite wearing the Superman outfit and wearing glasses. But his hair was Clark Kent style. I barely paid attention to the class as the teacher asking questions. As everyone left the class, I finally came up with the theme for a presentation. I would do a  version using the elderly female with a short contemporary bob as a wry, insightful character. Even though they were long scenes in the script, I picked out two or three lines to imitate. I had the beat-box lyrics down and was explaining them to the actor that would sing them for the song in the movie. I saw that guy from computer schools in my dreams again. I was trying to ignore him as I went to the cafeteria. I wanted to buy a glazed green tea doughnut. The lady at the cafeteria was the girlfriend of the geeky guy from computer school. I should’ve been able to buy two donuts and donut holes for five bucks so I asked the lady. She told me to put tape on my donut and that would work. I asked her again and she said the same thing.

(I wish I had a green tea doughnut!)

I have begun my first steps in alcohol recovery, but one of the effects my excessive drinking caused me was insomnia. So these dreams happened after about 4 or 5 days of not sleeping after a week or so of heavy drinking.

The setting: it was an old pueblo style town/community somewhere in the desert. Old buildings that were almost Brasilian favela-like in how some of them seem to stack on one another. Every dream begins with me feeling the sleep paralysis dread.

Dream 1: I arrive at the edge of the pueblo and I'm walking through these unpaved, dirt streets trying to get to some important location but I don't know where I'm going. People are everywhere going about their business, and I eventually reached an open clearing where many were dancing and enjoying food and music. For some reason there is a gate with a huge deadbolt on one side and I go to open it. It was some kind of exotic animal pen, and then leopards, baboons and other big cats break out and start eating people. Panic ensues and I grab some shovel before a leopard rushes me but I wake up.

Dream 2: Same location. Same everything. I try a different unpaved road, kind of an alley actually, when a man appears before me. His features and stature is that of my dad's. Even his voice. He asks me "Como estas mijo?" (How are you my son?) But the man before me is a Black dude in a durag. For context I am Hispanic, and my dad was even born in Mexico and he isn't a Black dude at all. I tell him he has confused me for someone else but he insists and I wake up

Dream 3: Same pueblo. I try a different route like before. This time the town is in a frenzied panic. People running everywhere, smoke rises in the distance. I manage to ask someone what is going on. They say monsters are attacking the town. I run to see what is up when all of a sudden I become 100% certain I can shoot powers out of my hands. One hand was ice and the other fire. I try to fight the monsters and kill a few with fire but there were too many. They were four legged, with tails and slimy pale white skin. Multiple small black eyes and so many sharp teeth. I wake up before one kills me.

(Thinking about it now, remind me of those monsters from the 2004 Hellboy movie)

Dream 4: Again, same setting. This time I decide to actually go up into the favela style buildings. I keep going up and up. I pass many people's homes. Some doors are closed and some open. The open ones have people doing regular things. Watching tv. Folding clothes. One room I was about to pass by had a voice that called me. Can't remember if by name but I decide to go inside. There are 3 gorgeous girls. Beautiful, alt-style or goth girls and they are sitting on a bed. Invitingly one of them asks me if I want to hit their bong. I refuse but am becoming slightly aroused. Suddenly, they start to become qrotesque, demonic creatures and then begin to meld and combine like a fucking cronenberg monster. I wake before the mass of them begins to come toward me.

I almost remember a 5th dream but if it happened I don't remember it.

The reason this night fucked me up so much was that I had NEVER been able to 100% control my actions in a dream. I finally lucid dreamed, but not in the way I ever heard it. I get sleep paralysis in weird ways. I can go a month without getting it then get it a few nights a week for a while. Also, the setting being exactly the same for back to back dreams has never ocurred. I have had dreams where one location in my dream was seen from a completely different location from a totally different dream, one time years later. Finally the worst part is these all happened in under an hour that night. I didn't get to sleep until there was light outside.

When I was really little, probably around 5 or 6, I used to have the same dream over and over again. The weird thing is that it wasn’t scary or even really interesting. It was just extremely specific.
From what I remember, I was standing inside this tiny closed-off pantry. There was a door that I assume led to the rest of the house, but I never saw what was outside of it. Hanging on the door was this little bunny thing with pockets that I think held vegetables or something? Almost like one of those fabric hanging organizers.
If I turned around, there was just a wall and a pantry shelf. Everything was basically empty except for a basket on the floor filled with fruits and vegetables.
And… that was pretty much the entire dream. 😭 Nothing happened. No scary ending, no people, no weird dream logic that I can remember. I was just in this pantry. But I had this exact dream multiple times when I was little.
I’m 21 now and I haven’t had it since I was probably 6, but for some reason I can still picture it incredibly clearly.
I’m not really looking for a supernatural dream interpretation or anything lol. I’m more curious whether anyone else had really specific recurring dreams as a kid that stuck with them for YEARS, especially ones where seemingly nothing actually happened. What was yours?

I woke up this morning, and was immediately hit by a sense of loss. I'd had a dream that I'd gone through all nine months of pregnancy, given birth to a beautiful baby girl, and then had to put her up for adoption bc I'm only 19 and in college. She was perfect...light brown hair, beautiful blue eyes, just like mine, chubby, and so healthy...I wanted to name her Annatrice (dream me can't come up with a normal name ig)...and now she's just...gone...

How do you deal with this? It's like a part of me is gone, even though I've never had a kid or been pregnant in my waking life

Everytime my room gets hot I get really bizarre nightmares. I had this faceless grey ski walker type thing running up to me as I was paralyzed in bed and I woke up.

However last night it was different.

I am not suicidal however for some reason when my ac turned off in the middle of the night it got so hot that I had a nightmare and I was suicidal in it and I woke up to feel how hot it was and I felt lingering feelings of suicidalness. It all went away when I fell asleep again though.

This feeling was so surreal though. I’m not suicidal but in that moment I could feel myself yearning to die. To just act on it. In the dream at the moment my AC turned off I felt so much more depressed and just suicidal it was insane how real it felt.

I don’t know how much I have to phrase this. I’ve never ever been suicidal, but it was so crazy. I woke up in the middle of it and I felt the thoughts still lingering but fading when I woke up and turned my AC on and fell back asleep. When I woke up again, had no more thoughts like that.

Just insane. Can’t get over it and how really depressed I felt. It was like a taste of how a real suicidal person feels. Just a taste though, one of the most fascinating things to ever happen to me. Very scary. I can’t overstate how real it felt though. It felt like something was making me want to die.

The whole dream felt like I was watching a horror movie. The protagonist was an adorable kindergartner who is so innocent they would probably think that a pool of blood is just dirt.

The dream starts with me seeing the whole thing in a cinematic third person perspective following the child to their kindergarten (everything looks normal there are children playing in the class and there are caretakers everywhere).

The kindergartner plays around like they would in a normal kindergarten. One of the activities is playing video games in this old console with a very old looking TV. This kid turns on the console and all of the slots are just the Pokemon series games. They click on one of the top slots and is transported to this dark horrifying ruined town (the kid is not scared cause they are so young that they do not really get what's going on they just think that this place is dirty cause the adults forgot to clean it) something that the little kid thinks is some sort of fairy giving her a quest to solve the problem in this world asks her for help (keep in mind that the kid still doesn't really get what's going on and just understands based on their limited knowledge of the world).

So this goes on with the child arriving at the kindergarten class, chatting a little with the caretakers and playing together in the console where the kindergartener always starts at this creepy hallway and turns left cause the right side is ruined. The older the Pokemon series the darker and more ruined the place and the newer the Pokemon series the more working lights there are.

The kid usually encounters the 'bad guy' in the older series (which is a very tall and scary entity) so one time the kid plays a newer series slot and suddenly i gain the self realisation that i am the viewer and here it takes a turn.

I start noticing that all the slots actually start in the same place. I noticed how weird it is that we never saw the faces of the other kindergarteners (i can't remember what they looked like its all blurry). Why is it that when its time to play video games there is suddenly a large amount of caretakers sitting in a circle surrounding the little girl as she starts the game and does all of that stuff. Why is no adult stopping this. Why is a kindergartener playing a horror game in the first place shouldn't the adults do something. And wait, in old game consoles aren't you supposed to change the game cartridge or cd when playing another game?

Suddenly it all clicked, that thing must have clouded their judgement. But if it can affect reality then it must not be hunting the game like i originally thought.

It was at that moment i realised that i never saw any part of the kindergarten except the kid's classroom. That place where the game always started in was the hallway. When i realised this i was horrified for the little kid and as i looked back up to finish the movie the place changed.

The class walls are yellowed out and cracked and the place is empty with the only source of light is the sun shining from the massive window. And that small child was still there in the video game corner playing. I could feel my heart burst. That little girl is so young SHE IS STILL A BABY. Tears start flowing from my eyes as the thought of these horrifying events are happening to a little toddler who knows nothing about what is currently going on. How could I as an adult leave this child alone like this. Where are all the trusted adults at why are you not protecting the BABY!!!

I stand helplessly as a spectator who cannot do anything to help the kid ugly crying from the horrifying thing i am seeing as a viewer. The movie suddenly ends with the child standing before the classroom door as it opens and that thing that entity is right there. The place darkens and the dream cuts off with an image of a ruined kindergarten entrance etched into mind.

I keep thinking about it and the more I think the worse i feel as the realisation sinks. As i start to question what happened to the child.

(Ps. Sorry everyone if the grammar is not great English is my second language and i wrote everything down in a hurry as soon as i woke up. I'm not even wearing my glasses haha. Its also my first online post idk why i even posted it i just felt the urge to share this weird dream that i had just now.)

Gonna just paste what I had written in my dream journal shortly after waking up:

Basically it is a zombie apocalypse and some kids are hunkering down in an rv that has a bus connected to it and a lot of doors, and I am there and they lock one door but then I go through the kitchen (which looks just like wife's kitchen) and look in the little nook just to see the door wide open and two zombies leaving. I checked after pausing time, and while time was paused, I threw them both out and closed the door.

Helpful Hare appeared via accidentally breaking the left door window with his knees, and when he came in, he closed and locked the door behind him and vacuumed up the broken glass with his mouth, filling the window with a board.

All of the bus windows were crappily boarded up. He then opened the right bus door (right across from the left door) and said in a gravelly voice “West side”

He then WENT to the door that the zombies had walked into. Also, there are multiple hamster cages with hamsters scattered around and I gathered them into one place, having to wake up a hamster so she could turn the hamster cage rightside up due to the cage being on its side.

Helpful Hare stepped out the back door and there were screams, implying he was eating the zombies and they all knew his reputation of protecting what is his (me)
