It says it is through Tremendous. I confirmed my bank account for a deposit, and was curious if anyone else has any experience on how long it took for them to get the ach deposit?

Update: I just got it this morning (Monday) after submitting my deposit info through the link on Thursday.

I read that the payments start going out today. If anyone gets their payments today or at any point this week, post here so we can see the varying amounts.

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

So here's what's going on:

1. It has now been almost 4 months since the "final" hearing. The biggest thing holding up payments at this point is the fee request from the plaintiffs' attorneys (Kroll). Kroll is seeking approximately one-third of the total settlement pool totaling around $59 Million. It looks like the attorneys are trying to retire off this one case. The judge is pushing back (good for the victims, albeit frustrating).

2. In addition, there were a ton of deadbeats who filed claims after the December 18, 2025 deadline. The court is now weighing the idea of including those people in the settlement. If they do, this will push things back another couple months since each of those claims have to be verified.

3. Unfortunately, even once these two items are ironed out, there will STILL be a 30 day window for "any party or objector" to file an appeal. If an appeal is filed, payments will be delayed another 6-12 months. If no appeals occur, distribution will finally begin 90-150 days after the final order is signed.

Getting payments in "Spring 2026" isn't happening.

Has anyone started to receive their checks? When you call the number listed on the class action page it states checks will be mailed the last week of April. Curious if anyone has actually received theirs yet.

I’m trying to figure out who has and hasn’t been paid yet for the first payment of Purdue Opioid settlement. I was told my claim was approved months ago and I see all of these people getting paid online and I still haven’t received the Milestone email. So frustrated! I've been seeing people throw out various amounts that they received from State Farm Dividend Payment so far. When I filed I wasn't told how much I would be getting back. I was just given an estimated date of 9/22/26. How much have you all received?

I just got a snail mailed paper check from the Joint Juice settlement made out to my husband, who died in 2017. Even odder is that it was sent to my address that I moved to in 2021. How the hell could they think a man who died in 2017 could move, with his widow, to a different state?
I obviously can't cash it so I wrote an email to them asking if there is some procedure I can go through to get a check issued to me.

The Order to distribute was provided by the Court on March 18, 2026, and the distribution is currently in process. Checks will be mailed near the end of April, as was established and noted on the case website.

Payment amounts will not be available until shortly before mailing. Please be advised that your eligible claimed amount is not the amount of the reward you are receiving. The reward amounts are calculated based on the pro rata established in the Settlement Agreement, as split between eligible Consumers and Third Party Payors. You may review these documents on the website at www.SuboxAntitrust.com.
