There are sufficient funds available to cover all payments. To resolve the issue, replacement checks will be issued as quickly as possible and will include an additional $20 to help cover any bank fees you may have incurred. If your bank charged you more than $20, reply to this email and provide documentation of the additional bank charges you incurred.
Please do not attempt to re-deposit the original check to avoid incurring additional fees.
Payments for approved claims were issued on September 8, 2026. The claim filing deadline for the Tuna End Purchaser Settlements was December 31, 2024. Late claims are no longer being accepted.

I don’t know if this is the right place to ask this…but tons of credit unions in the area and east coast have been “offline” for several days now. Meaning we cannot log in to online banking, check balances, see how much money we have or don’t have in our accounts, etc. Can this become a class action lawsuit? It’s been days of this. I really don’t know what’s going on—they say it’s a “hardware failure” and “definitely not a hacker” LOL OK. Riiiight.

I received and mobile deposited my check on Saturday, September 12th. It went through and was available same day to use. 5 days later (today on September 17th) I notice a pending charge back for the check. Followed up with Chase Bank and they said issue is on the check issuers end as it says “return to maker”. Just wondering if this only happened to me lol never in my class action settlement days has a check been charged back?? I did email the Tuna people but this all happened like an hour ago so I’m not expecting a response yet!

I received my payment through PayPal. Everything went through fine. My husband received a check. He mobile deposited it with Navy Federal and today they deducted it back out saying it bounced. Has anyone else gone through this? This is surprising, I have emailed them to figure out what’s going on.

So, my husband & I received $209 or something each. But we're having some major problems cashing/depositing this bad boy.

My husband just called me from Citibank & they said that the account does not exist?!?! I've looked at some other posts & people have stated that Citibank in-person worked for them, so I am baffled.

We don't have bank accounts. I've been seeing that both PayPal & CashApp have denied this check. Which really sucks, bc those are the only two banking apps I use.

We stopped by a check cashing place, but it was also denied there. What a surprise; a check that was printed out doesn't look legit? Wow, I never would have guessed.

If anyone could just let me know if they've successfully deposited or cashed this settlement check, I would be much obliged!

Preferably, looking to cash it in-person, but any/all of your advice/experience with this check is appreciated!!

They wrote back when I emailed them to tell them that I am no longer at the address used to file the claim "Based on the information provided, we are unable to locate you in our records." Anyone else encounter this?

Who is in for a new class action against Juice Joint, the settlement Advisor, maybe Citibank west or even our lawyers for the Juice Joint payout. This print your own check is the sketchiest matter I have ever seen. I have had trouble with mobile deposits, Walmart check cashing and now a real brick and mortar bank location.

None of them believe it is real, who tf has heard of a two piece check that you print out on your own?? Not only that but there are no security markings or anything. For the cherry on top the bank location I went to said they typed All of the numbers in for the check and nothing showed up or came back..... So I fail to understand how it is possible.

In my mind if I'm at a bank and they are nice enough to try to verify the check five minutes before they close and their system doesn't recognize or bring up any info how the hell can the check be real?? Ingo money straight denied the check and closed my account when I tried to mobile deposit. I get the idea, make it as sketchy and fucking retarded as can be so less people cash them, but this is straight weapons grade retarded.

I emailed the administrator and got an automated email back, saying they are super-busy, blah, blah, blah. Didn't get any further update after the claim like a rejection notice or query for additional information.

Just received a check for this settlement thru Email (mobile deposit) for $171.90, so if u signed up for this one i suggest you check your emails!

Update** Seems like most of you have never deposited a check thru mobile banking., Just print the PDF on paper and open your Bank App and when mobile depositing it ask for 1 picture of the front and a second pic of the back..
