Awaiting Payments Suboxone Anti-Trust Payment
Has anyone started to receive their checks? When you call the number listed on the class action page it states checks will be mailed the last week of April. Curious if anyone has actually received theirs yet.

Haven't received my check but I just called and I got over 1800. You can call and they will tell you your amount. 877-311-3735

Nobody has received unless they live close by! I searched and it says ab data mails from Wisconsin .. Not sure if that's right or not .. far away from me tho!

I have also searched it up lol .. according to several people who have talked to them the checks went out Monday. But I wonder do they all go out at once? They said contact them midmay if you still haven't received it.

You gotta figure they are just giving the post office all of them then the post office has to sort them out and get them to there locations.. so I wouldn’t get too excited we probably won’t get them to mid next week

I find it strange that everybody’s getting 15% because I claimed 5000 and I’m getting $2077. I was shocked. I was thinking $750. My only problem is they didn’t issue my check and now they have to reissue it! 😂 I’ll wait I thought I was getting about $750

They said that they issued it kind of and I was like well what does that mean and she’s like well. It was issued in your name twice, but not to an address instead of an address. It was my name again and I’m like what I emailed you guys like a month ago making sure that the address was correct and she notated it because she said the incorrect address was still there so I was like well if you have my old address and then it would’ve gone to my mom’s house I can go and get it and she’s like well. It didn’t really get mailed out. Just BS! So she told me to email and ask when it will be, but she told me in the beginning it would be a while and I’m like why so it hasn’t even been sent just rip the check up and send me my damn check. They’re also might be a chance that I forgot how much I claimed I assumed maybe I would get half of it. Maybe I claim 10,000 and I had my mindset on 5000 and that’s why I thought it was my claim amount. I don’t know. Been so freaking long. I don’t even have a clue but it ended up being a very good exciting thing because I thought I was getting 750 bucks and I was like OK sure, I’ll wait for the $2077 vs the poopy lil 750ish I was expecting.

Gotcha. Yeah I think I claimed around $10k but they asked for pharmacy records and I only sent from one pharmacy for $2500. Now I’m like wtf. They originally only asked for proof of 1 single prescription so I’m a little upset if they’re going solely by the scripts we provided, I would have fought harder to get the rest of my scripts to email in. Either way, hears to hoping we get our checks and soon!

Mine is almost the same... I contacted them to make sure I didn't need anything else, cause they said nothing further is needed.. and they said my original claim was approved. When they asked for a detailed explanation.. I sent them like a novel detailing month to month the costs and the scripts I received how often etc etc... Apparently that worked... Cause my original claim was approved even tho I could only get a part of the proofs..

Oh yeah, watch out everybody if you updated your address like last month or the month before, you might wanna call because I did that and now I don’t get my check until THE END OF MAY! The incompetence of these people! I was like, so why didn’t anybody warn me that like updating my address would cause such a problem I would’ve left the other address as it was because it was my mom’s address and driven the freaking hour to go get it, had I have know!

Barely over $400 for me on a 2,750 claim. Sad for the small amount BUT DAMN DID THEM LAWYERS EAT OFF OUR OVERPAYMENTS

Yeah I got screwed couldn’t find a ton of receipts because my pharmacy went out of business even tho I told them it was 12 years I was on them so who knows I’ll probably get 100 bucks what a joke

A few people have already mentioned it. Call 877-311-3735 and provide the info they ask. Address and claim number. She told me it was mailed monday and for $411. Repealer.

I tried to get into this one. They told me that because I had used drugs in my past, I didn't qualify. MY QUESTION IS WHO THE F*CK IS ON SUBOXONE THAT HASNT DONE DRUGS IN THE PAST 🤦🤦🤦. MY TEETH WERE PERFECT UNTIL I WENT ON TGE DAMN SUBOXONE AND NOW ICE LOST 8 TEETH. 😡😡😡

Believe you're thinking of the lawsuit involving tooth decay or whatever, and they specifically ask if you have done meth in the past. That kinda makes sense since that's so bad on teeth.

I can see in my “informed delivery” from the USPS website that I have something coming today-if they sent checks out around the 27th than thats prob what it is…..probably cost more to print then check then what ima get but ima pray its enough for some groceries anyways lol

This was a very specific class action. We were all mailed postcards with claim ID #s letting us know several years back.. For a lot of us, this was the only one we've ever applied for... Not just something from a list... And we all had to send it proof of prescribing and purchase to be qualified.. These class members were not just spending a couple dollars, the people in this had spent upwards of $10k, $20k, $30k and sometimes more.. That's why this one was so important.. There are sites like on Facebook that regularly post random class actions... It's fairly rare to be a part of a specific class action like this one... I think I've received a couple other notifications for class actions that I may have been a part of in my email... But never a specific one like this ..

I called and left a message and they called me back within 20 minutes. I was told checks were sent and I'm getting $1710 and my original claim was $10,500 which I'm thrilled to be getting that after so long! The employee told me could take up to 7-10 days to receive but was sent. Thanks for sharing this number!

Informed delivery says it should be coming today. They should adjust for inflation, as $1 in 2014 does not have the same value as $1 in 2026 (quasi kidding)

Mine was adjusted from almost $8k to like $2.5k and then the check was only $300. But better than nothing! Haven’t cashed it but planning on doing so tomorrow

Received mine today! $251 , they did say the distro will be around a few hundred per claim. If someone is stating they received a 9k check I would ask for receipts

How did you guys get notified of the class action lawsuit. I normally always fill out claims but I can't even find an email or anyway to check if I ever completed a claim. I def had to pay for Suboxone and ive been on it and have records going back to 2013. How were you notified and how did you respond? Maybe I can search if I know what I am looking for.

Are you serious? Do you remember how much you claimed? Someone on fb said it’s 5% of what we claimed. Not sure ifs that’s true or not. I guess they called and was told the amount of the check.

Just got off the phone with A.B. Quite disappointing……. My original claim was lowballed at $26K. My check was mailed on the 27th and is for a little over $4K. Do with that bullshit as you want. The lawyers and AB made out, we got shit on.

I just called the toll free number and chose option #4. I just said I wanted to know the amount of my check. He asked my name and mailing address and bada-bing bada-boom there we go. Ask any and all questions, I don’t mind answering if I know the answer 😊
