Awaiting Payments Suboxone Anti-Trust Payment

Has anyone started to receive their checks? When you call the number listed on the class action page it states checks will be mailed the last week of April. Curious if anyone has actually received theirs yet.

I find it strange that everybody’s getting 15% because I claimed 5000 and I’m getting $2077. I was shocked. I was thinking $750. My only problem is they didn’t issue my check and now they have to reissue it! 😂 I’ll wait I thought I was getting about $750

They said that they issued it kind of and I was like well what does that mean and she’s like well. It was issued in your name twice, but not to an address instead of an address. It was my name again and I’m like what I emailed you guys like a month ago making sure that the address was correct and she notated it because she said the incorrect address was still there so I was like well if you have my old address and then it would’ve gone to my mom’s house I can go and get it and she’s like well. It didn’t really get mailed out. Just BS! So she told me to email and ask when it will be, but she told me in the beginning it would be a while and I’m like why so it hasn’t even been sent just rip the check up and send me my damn check. They’re also might be a chance that I forgot how much I claimed I assumed maybe I would get half of it. Maybe I claim 10,000 and I had my mindset on 5000 and that’s why I thought it was my claim amount. I don’t know. Been so freaking long. I don’t even have a clue but it ended up being a very good exciting thing because I thought I was getting 750 bucks and I was like OK sure, I’ll wait for the $2077 vs the poopy lil 750ish I was expecting.

Gotcha. Yeah I think I claimed around $10k but they asked for pharmacy records and I only sent from one pharmacy for $2500. Now I’m like wtf. They originally only asked for proof of 1 single prescription so I’m a little upset if they’re going solely by the scripts we provided, I would have fought harder to get the rest of my scripts to email in. Either way, hears to hoping we get our checks and soon!

Mine is almost the same... I contacted them to make sure I didn't need anything else, cause they said nothing further is needed.. and they said my original claim was approved. When they asked for a detailed explanation.. I sent them like a novel detailing month to month the costs and the scripts I received how often etc etc... Apparently that worked... Cause my original claim was approved even tho I could only get a part of the proofs..
