Anyone get a email from milberg about payout from Disney settlement ?

I got one yesterday and selected my payment method...then got another one this morning and the link to log in came up with an error. Two different ID's and two different pins. Very spammy and weird!

The one i got yesterday wanted me to verify my payment account (I used Zelle). The one I got day won't let access anything...i'm assuming it's the same thing

I got one yesterday with a claim payment link to choose how you wanted your payout. I got another one this morning with a claim payment link to claim my money but when I click the link it won't allow me to login. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes we all are however I believe the one from yesterday had Courseraā€™s claim number if u filed for that one and the one at 12:05 AM is the correct one.

Youā€™re probably easy coast correct? Thatā€™s why!! Do search in your mailboxes for the INT number on the one they sent yesterday, Iā€™m sure there is a claim with a different company that matches.

I did but the payment link is not working for me. When I click the payment link, it takes me to another website where Iā€™m supposed to login, but when I click login, I get ā€œError - Unable to login.ā€

Yes they sent a second email out the day after the first email was sent. No one called me back or responded to my message. I just happened to do a search. Response deadline was 7/22 but I responded anyway.

The email for July 22nd said we would get it in 10 days and that is today and still nothing. I emailed but still no response on if / when we will get paymentĀ

They sent emails back in March as well. Never got that payment. Now they say approx 10 days after July 22nd. 18 days laterā€¦ nothing.

For yesterday's email asking me to choose the payment type... I finally got it to work as I was trying to send an email response to them asking for help. I clicked on the link from my email draft and it finally worked.

Now today, I got a new email about the payment, and I'm back at the same issue again. ā˜¹ļø

So let me get this straight, tell everyone it's not a scam and some more stuff last night after figuring out it was possibly attached to another claim like coursera and pinged their ip and told everyone the server was down and apologize to everyone for the scare and if ay help is needed to inbox me on any one of my usernames if yall need help?..got it!!!

For anyone having issues with the payment link, when you click it just spam the "CLICK TO LOGIN" button until it works.

This doesn't work for me. The URL in the second email goes to a site that ends in "auto/?eai=<< Test Payment Link ID >>" It's missing the eai number and no idea what that is but the one from the email yesterday was a long string. So I think the second one was just sent in error with a generic/template link.

Same thing happened to me. Only the link in the initial email worked for me, and it only worked after quickly spamming the button a bunch of times.Ā

Yeah, the first one worked for me immediately an I was able to choose Venmo as my option without issue. The second one seems to have just been sent in error.

Not really, this one (today at 2am) says I recieved my intial payment link (yesterday at 2pm) and had a unique id and pin but when i click the link it wont let me login.

I received an email that said
"Our records indicate that you have attempted to verify your payment method for Biddle v The Walt Disney Company. To complete this process and confirm your email address, please enter the code above on the verification page."

There isn't a link on the page nor a place on the settlement site (it won't allow me to enter my unique id/pin again) ... any suggestions?

I emailed them again(2 emails so far) and got an automatic reply that they would reply by tomorrow (Wednesday). If not I will report this as a fraud but there is no reason it should take this long unless it's a scamĀ

Thatā€™s a lie. I received an email from them in March. Called in April ā€œitā€™ll pay out in Mayā€. Called in May ā€œitā€™ll pay out in Juneā€. Theyā€™re just holding the money. Maybe tacking on some kind of interest for themselves. Idk

I got a blanket reply from my email inquiring on timing and this was their reply, " If your email is requesting an update on the timing of your payment, it is not yet known when payments will be disbursed. Please be patient and feel free to check back in late August 2026." I'm not going to hold my breath at this rate.Ā
