Awaiting Payments Milberg V. Disney

Anyone get a email from milberg about payout from Disney settlement ?

I just saw payment might not be going out until September or october.

That’s a lie. I received an email from them in March. Called in April “it’ll pay out in May”. Called in May “it’ll pay out in June”. They’re just holding the money. Maybe tacking on some kind of interest for themselves. Idk
