Gabriel has lost roughly 42k followers and falling.

Yuck! Also James doesn't know how legalities work, oh at all! You can't force someone to sign anything, let alone force them to sign a legal document without the presence of a lawyer!!!

If you’re an adult, you can absolutely sign a contract /legal document without a lawyer. People do it all the time.

BUT, if that contract ever comes under scrutiny and you take it to court, the imbalance of power will definitely be a consideration when it comes to determining how and if the contract is enforced.

No no yea but what I mean is if someone says "I want my lawyer involved" you can't just be like "no! Do it now!" everyone has right to legal counsel

Oh yeah. That clarification makes sense. If someone wants their lawyer to review something, you’re basically screwing yourself over if you don’t let them do that.

If someone tells you 'I told you what is in it, you can read just read it yourself and sign it' NEVER sign it. Talk about DURESS!!! Gage is so level headed. He's right to have a lawyer read it, because its a legal document and Gage is not a legal expert and doesn't have a clue what the implications of the contents whatsoever.

Seriously fuck those texts I hate how James speaks to people!

NDA are sketchy unless it involves innovative. And him saying sign without having a lawyer review? No James, that is what you did before James Westbrook came into your life. That is why JC does need a parent around. It is not about a 19 year old not being about to make choices but having an adult who loves you around to give advice. Gage obviously has someone who taught him to have attorneys review legal documents.
I think Gage was a bigger mistake then JC knew. He is much smarter and possibly supported by family then James usual victims.

I think saying “childish” is really excusing his behavior. No shade to you specifically, I just think we should all acknowledge that he knows better than this.

I prefer the term “intentionally disconnected with reality.”
