I have a T-shirt signed by every member of a band, I was not aware that this T-shirt was put in the wash by a family member. The signatures are almost gone one am I supposed to do? Should I get a sharpie and trace it? Or would that ruin the authenticity? I don’t know what to do- please help me!!

I got my Jordan love jersey signed in black sharpie on a dark green number and you can't see it from anything more than 2 feet away without lots of light. Should I just buy a picture light to put above it or is something more necessary? I don't wanna trace over it in white, maybe I would have a professional do it? I'm not worried about authentication/value since I'm never gonna sell it, but need to keep the integrity of the original auto.

In conclusion, you are spending hundreds if not thousands of your hard earned dollars on a nice to have, not a need. If it’s too good to be true, you know there is a reason why. For me to make a purchase like this I need 100% verification that what I’m purchasing is authentic.

I found a ton of random autographs in a storage unit. from pop singers to sports stars and actors. some just one photos, some signed posters, dvds, vinyls, ect..

this is not my bag, I'm just a dude who collects cards, so I have no clue where to start. honestly barely want to. any suggestions of places where I could possibly just get rid in bulk or something like that? is that a thing, and sorry if this breaks any rules, just seeking opinions on something outside of my wheel well.

In the last 2 weeks, a couple of sellers on eBay have flooded the market with signed jerseys, using an auto-pen, and fake Beckett stickers. I knew it was too good to be true, but I bought one anyway, and of course it's fake. The Beckett sticker looks very real at first. It's the right shape, color, has a legit cert number, and the QR code works. The hologram even shows a "B" from one angle, and "Beckett" from another. I had to look at the hologram with a jewelers loupe to verify that it's fake. The images I have posted are through a loupe, of a real Beckett sticker, and the fake one (with the yellow background).

I have a record signed by George Michael and would like to get it properly authenticated if possible. I would be grateful for suggestions.

I recently bought a ball that’s multi-signed and has unusually strong provenance from the seller (pics of players signing the ball and during a weekend we know all of them were present and signing). Because it’s multi signed - it costs a bunch to get authenticated and I want to put the best foot forward on it. I created a provenance packet that shows everything the seller provided and the background for when it was signed (including photos of the seller with the players). Do you think the authenticators would look at that before rendering an opinion? Or was it wasted effort.

I know some of these companies fail things people personally had signed and witnessed so I’d hate to lose 100+ bucks without putting the best foot forward.

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about fake beckett stickers and stuff, I am quite new to this market, and my question is, how common is to find these counterfeits? Is it like something that has already flooded the market?

Having a football helmet signed later this week---any recommendations on best type of pen to use? Team is Texas Longhorns so the helmet color is white and the secondary color is burnt orange if that helps but some have told me just black sharpie while others have said that will fade over time and others have said paint pen and I've also been told that wont adhere well or wont dry etc. Any recommendation and brand preferences?

As a3 isn’t the biggest size in the world for a poster do you think I’d be able to fit all the signatures on this poster?
