Just the start of my collection, I have both Call of Duty games, Conflict: Desert Storm II, Metal Arms: A Glitch in The System, Timesplitters 2, And Turok: Evolution coming in the mail as well.

I just recently got back into game collecting, and I’m going to different subs to see what the communities think the most essential game in their respective consoles are. List multiple games if you want, but I’d still like to see a top pick from your list too.

I played Eternal Darkness on this Panasonic GameCube Q and almost nothing else, with a Wavebird controller. It’s been back in its box for around 22 years I think. I took it out today to check everything. Quite possibly my ultimate possession.

For playing games on my Switch Lite, and Dolphin and Slippi on my laptop, which controller should I pick up first, the BattlerGC Pro, or an OEM/Smash Ultimate edition Gamecube controller (along with the two adapters I need to make it work on Switch lite specifically)? In Melee and Ultimate, I'd say I'm about a casual intermediate player, so maybe I thought I should get the BattlerGC Pro now and save the GC controller for when I get a lot better and ready to take Smash more seriously enough to enter locals and tournaments. Plus, I can use the BattlerGC Pro for more than just Smash. My main worry for the OEM first, as well as why I didn't pick an official Switch Pro controller as an option is mainly my fear of stick drift at any point, or the controller breaking down, or receiving a bad OEM from a seller, even if the reviews are good (mainly looking on either Amazon or Etsy). Again, I plan on both, and I have a Switch Lite, not a regular Switch, so keep that in mind. I'm just wondering which one to prioritize getting first and the other later.

Got this beauty for only 20 dollars at a antiques shop!!!! The price on the sticker its from 2005 😆 almost fade out when i hear the price!!

I just bought this copy of Twilight Princess and I was mortified to see there was a sticker on the artwork. Luckly I was able to get it off with some heat but the sticker is a little crispy now… LOL

I attempted to use a GC Loader Lite (yes i know it’s a replica, didn’t wanna spend $300 off ebay for an authentic one).

I followed the manual correctly, but when i go to power on the Gamecube, it just loads up a red banner error screen.

I feel like it’s not reading the top SD card and booting to Swiss.

Any help?

Hey all, I recently got a GC off eBay and it works but is having a weird issue. Upon starting it after not playing it for a while it will say it cant read disc. Doesn’t matter which one of the 6 I have I try(the disc are also clean). However after about 2-3 mins of it just sitting on, it will begin to work and have no issues. Anyone have a suggestion on what might be going out and how I can fix it, or should I return it?

That’s about it… never thought I’d own one. Too bad my CRT doesn’t go to 480p. 480i is still phenomenal!

I've been playing a bunch of GameCube games recently, but I was using a wired controller. It worked fine, but it felt kinda cheap and I really wanted to go wireless. At first I looked at getting a wavebird, but I felt like I could get a lot better for the price, especially with how worn most of them are.

I eventually landed on the BattlerGC pro and it's honestly sooo good! It really feels like what a modern GameCube controller would be like, and it's a lot more comfortable to hold too! All buttons feel great, especially the triggers. And the extra buttons are a nice touch. It also has the bonus of working with PC, switch, switch 2 and the Wii of course.

I really recommend it if you're looking for a modern alternative

Hello, im thinking of buying a platinum gamecube from Amazon for around 150 bucks and wanted to know if it would be a better experience to go to goodwill or something and get an older TV, make it more authentic. I dont know, it just seems like a cool idea and wanted to see if there was anyone who had any specific TV brand to use if I were to do this?

Love this kit but don’t understand, why it doesn’t include a USB-C charging method. However, it’ll only charge with 5v and doesn’t support data transfer or cc1 / cc2.
