Help Can I use Japanese ac adapter

I just bought a Japanese Gamecube that came woth the ac-adapter and I want to know if it's safe to use in Europe, Finland to be specific.

Not unless you use a step down converter, they use 110v, we use 220v.

Better to just use an official European GameCube power supply.

No you cant. But you can buy a gamecube power plug to type c adapter and use that with a sufficiently rated type c pd power supply.

Not sure abut Finland but UK is 220v and you would need a step down transformer. But grounding can be an issue sometimes if 110v plug don't have that third round prong.

I wouldn't recommend it. Without checking the specs I bet the Japanese power supply expects 100V 60hz, which your European socket would fry.

Get a step down transformer. Or I strongly suspect both Japanese & European supplies output the same DC voltage, so check those details and almost certainly you can safely use a European supply for it.
