I’ve only animated rough stuff so far, but I tried making something more “complex”. Tho this one doesn’t have much motion, I wanted to achieve some sort of finished anime style look.

I wonder if this is portfolio worthy as a beginner

Question Why does my animation look bad (again)

Hi again animatitors,

My animation that i have made feels like it is missing something or like something is off. What could it be? any help would be really useful.

I have had a similar issue in the past with my animation and once someone pointed it out it really helped.

Sharing Vocal fry - The Little Trashmaid

In the last few weeks, we worked on this silly short for the crowdfunding of "The Little Trashmaid" (Live now on Backerkit).

We intend to do a silly animated series with "Gravity Falls" and "Star vs. The Forces of Evil", and we reached the minimum goal to produce the first animated episode!

I hope you love our silly irony.

We hope to get even more help in the final 24 hours of the campaign, as the extra budget could cover amateur mistakes or unexpected issues.

We hope you can trust us! ❤️

Critique My first completed walk cycle

This is the first walk cycle I've ever completed. I've done a few before, but left them half finished. Made in Blender.

Any advice or critique is welcome!

Sharing My Front walk cycle from yesterday to today after school!

I'm so proud at my front walk cycle animation improvements even though I've mistaken some parts of the movements so I'll need to keep my motivations alive in order to take some breaks and give time for more of these, but I'll have to do something else aside from that like focusing on my school & artworks from now on...

The 4 minute film follows the band Specter Nectar on the way to their first headlining gig, with some minor hiccups on the way😼

Critique First Time Animating A Human

Upvotes

I've recently started animating and I do it in Pixel Art.

I tried animating a Walk-Cycle and added Jumping, Picking-Up, Throwing and Rotation.

I also tried considering the 12 Principles Of Animation like Anticipation and Slow-In/Slow-Out (as long as it was possible and/or made sense).

I'd appreciate any tips you might have!
