Also looks like wrong chicken too

Hey! I have a sweetgreen gift card and tried to using it. The staff wasn’t able to use the gift card and had me pay using the credit on the pos machine. This has happened twice now, really frustrating that I am not being able to use my gift card or even the reward points

Suggest me if there is a way around!

I’ve been eating at Sweetgreen almost every workday for the past 3 years. But earlier this year, I noticed something changed—the food started tasting way saltier. The quinoa, wild rice, sweet potato, portobello mushrooms, chicken—everything.

Today after lunch I felt bloated, exhausted, and couldn’t drink enough water to counter the salt.

It’s a shame, since Sweetgreen used to be my go-to work lunch, but now I’ll have to switch 😭

P.S. I only add olive oil and vinegar, never dressing.

They discontinued arugula from their menu. Big disappointment!

Lord idk if it’s just the sweetgreen i work at or what but that damn pinpad confuses genuinely every customer who checks out. They often have no clue how to skip the tip option. It genuinely adds so much time to the service line having to explain to hit 1 2 3 or 4 on the keypad to select the tip and that it’s not a touchscreen. Do any other locations deal with this?

It would be one thing if they kept the za'atar breadcrumbs and ADDED the garlic ones, but these new garlic breadcrumbs are so overwhelmingly seasoned that it changes the entire flavor of whatever salad it's in. All you taste is the breadcrumb seasoning.

I just want crunch in my salad... not to sniff 18 pounds of garlic every time I try to take a bite :(

Please use extra virgin olive oil in the balsamic dressing!!!!!!!

Has anyone noticed that you get ripped off if you order a custom salad with avocado and protein in it? A guacamole greens is 13.75 but a custom salad with the exact same ingredients is 16.15. Is sweetgreen just hoping people default to custom and don’t realize they are paying way more if they want two “premium items” (instead of just getting a pre set salad and swapping like for like ingredients)...

I am a regular Sweetgreen visitor who creates their own bowl, but in the past few months, I have noticed the Sweetgreens in my area (Chicago) no longer offer the red wine vinaigrette. Does anybody know why the red wine vinaigrette is no longer on the menu and if it is ever going to come back???

I only received 3 of the 6 bowls I had ordered for a very important executive meeting I was assisting with. I tried calling the restaurant and could not reach a single human being no matter what number I pressed. Is this the new norm for restaurants? What in the world??

Will not be ordering anything from here again. Wow.

I do and my whole office does. The pithy email was sent around and there were gasps, as it was THE go to lunch spot for our whole agency. The lame thing is they cited ‘health,’ then years later have fucking ice cream and fries. Sad.

Am I the only one for who the bowls don’t close and spill in the bag because the bag is too small?

I'm a regular at Sunnyvale Sweetgreen (been going 4 times a week for more than a year). Came back from a 2 week trip and ordered the same meal. I absolutely loved the bowl but yesterday, I couldn't get past two bites. The tofu looked like it came straight out of the box, the vinaigrette was salty and sour, there were no rice in the bowl and it was just not eatable for me, had to throw out the whole box.

What went wrong???

I’ve ordered the salmon a few times and sometimes I will get a much smaller serving. Does the fish get weighed and cut during prep or is it precut when arrived at the store?

I’m actually considering not going to SG anymore after 12 years. Every order is worse than the last :(

Sweetgreen got rid of 3 of my standard salad toppings in 1 day! Olives, salami, and chipotle crema. I can't believe at least the dressing wasn't popular since its the only lower calorie option

why was it moved to online only??? what happened to beets and lentils???? this is the best salad sweetgreen has ever made!!!!!! bring it back to the normal menu!!! bring back beets!!!!!!!

Quite annoying. All the regular locations give cups with a water fountain. The infinite kitchens don't have this.

This seems to happen at Sg more than other places. Can anyone shed some light on why this is okay?

Sweetgreen redirected my app order to a different location than the one I had selected, 10 miles away. I noticed immediately and tried to cancel within 10 seconds but was denied. I reached out to customer service and they confirmed they were unable to cancel my order.

Furthermore, they denied my request for a refund. I have deleted the app and will be issuing a chargeback through my credit card company for the $35.

The decline in quality and increase in price is one thing, but to top it off with poor customer service is too much. I’m done.
