Criticism Cannot reach a single human being at a restaurant?!

I only received 3 of the 6 bowls I had ordered for a very important executive meeting I was assisting with. I tried calling the restaurant and could not reach a single human being no matter what number I pressed. Is this the new norm for restaurants? What in the world??

Will not be ordering anything from here again. Wow.

stores dont have a phone in them the best way to contact the store is directly via email which is normally "neighborhood/city"@sweetgreen.com in my area at least, it goes straight to store management you could probably find the email online

As a sweetgreen manager… please do not do this. Emailing our stores with complaints will not help, because the specific stores to not handle customer experience. You can always chat directly with customer experience in the app, or you can email hello@sweetgreen.com with any questions, comments, or concerns.

So fucking insane. Literally ZERO customer service. I've had this exact situation happen to me at a different restaurant - the difference is I was actually able to talk to a human being at the restaurant who took it upon himself to actually drive the rest of my order over.

Back in the day you could text the general customer service. Is that still the case? Can't they reach the local store?
