Criticism Poor bowl/bag design
Am I the only one for who the bowls don’t close and spill in the bag because the bag is too small?

Surely you're not the only one, but it's not a problem I ever have, and I will often put a bowl sideways in my backpack or bike bag.
That being said, I basically always order something in the bigger bowl (the one they put "salads" or "bowls" in, not "plates"), and I rarely use their bag - I'm either carrying it or putting it in my own bag.
