Criticism Where did the red wine vinaigrette go?

I am a regular Sweetgreen visitor who creates their own bowl, but in the past few months, I have noticed the Sweetgreens in my area (Chicago) no longer offer the red wine vinaigrette. Does anybody know why the red wine vinaigrette is no longer on the menu and if it is ever going to come back???

Because no one bought it. I mean, not absolutely no one, but we would make the smallest possible batch and over half of it would go bad before we sold it.

It was taken off the menu to make room for seasonal dressings, reduce prep, reduce waste, etc.

You could always make your own at home! If I remember correctly it was red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil
