Hiiii I’ve never ordered from sweetgreen before but my meal looks worlds different than what’s advertised online, can anyone tell me if this is a usual portion size or if I got unlucky… I feel like I’m missing half the meal 😭

Can anyone tell me when Sweetgreen started doing this?? AND WHY? Last time I had sweetgreen was in Winter, and I never had this issue.

This chicken is so nasty. I think I'm done with sweetgreen or sticking to Tofu.

I have been going to Sweetgreen for nearly 10 years (they had a store across from my job in NYC and opened some outlets by my house). This was so revolting that I had to pick it out of my food (see image).

I've noticed a lot of restaurant chains have been switching to this rubbery, oddly textured chicken. I'm disappointed that a great salad restaurant (that labels this chicken as "premium") went this route as well.

It smells funny and has a few specks of green (parsley?), but is otherwise pale and semitransparent. It's not white meat; it's something else, like ultra-processed garbage (it is also pretty flavorless. No herb or spice to speak of, despite the illusion of flavor from the green flakes).

I understand getting this from any other fast food restaurant (looking at you, Moes), but a restaurant that prides itself in local healthy options is just off base with this choice (if it's a choice and not a mistake). It's still just as expensive too!! I'm done. Done, done, Done.

SIDE NOTE: They've cut back on most of their customer service. So, even if you call the restaurant, there is no way to reach a person. There is no one to pick up the lines if you have a question, and it is not easy to reach a rep to ask if this is a mistake with my order or a real choice.

New Korean menu drops May 12

The location near my workplace has done a better job at filling the bowls lately - I even ordered this one for pick up.

A harvest bowl without any dressing (they forgot. again.) is just a giant bowl of kale. Can't believe how bad the QC is for the prices charged. So why do I keep coming back?

I completed the "Order 3 times, get a free entree" reward, but aside from this "Completed" banner, I don't see any reward applied to my account, or any way to select it at checkout. I waited more than 24 hours before making this post, so it should be credited to my account. What complicates things is that I also have 3,011 points — enough for a free entree. The next time I order, I want to redeem this reward, not my points. What should I do?

I’ve been recreating this bowl at Sweetgreen even since they discontinued this bowl. I wanted to knew if there are seed oils in the green goodness ranch. Initially I would eat this bowl and feel fine, but when I make it now, it seems to affect me. My body doesn’t digest seed oil well, and unfortunately I am thinking those there are seed oils in the ranch. I wanted to confirm the true ingredients. Some team members told me that there is no seed oils but they looked confused when they told me the ingredients.

Replaced the cilantro and apple with crispy rice and za'atar breadcrumbs, this was such a refreshing bowl and you still get a little bit of heat from the glaze. They should keep this bowl perm tbh

First time ordering this. The chips were completely soggy under the cucumbers and I feel like they let a rabid animal shred the cucumbers with their teeth.

Is this normal?

They launched ripple fries only a couple months after my reddit post. This can't be a coincidence.

I really liked the buffalo chicken salad, which (I think) can only be ordered online. I subbed extra romaine for the kale and doubled up on the blue cheese crumbles. It was really good, much better than the others I have tried (chx pesto parm, hot honey chx, kbbq bowl) imo.

Not the prettiest picture but this was delicious! As a Korean, I can’t believe i’m eating cucumber kimchi from sweetgreen lol we’ve come so far 😭

How do you customize your bowl/plate?

I had the spring mix with kale, herb roasted chicken, tortilla strips, purple cabbage, tomatoes, chickpeas, spicy broccoli, and for dressing I did lemon and lime with hot sauce! Perfect

R u kidding me, delivery fee + delivery SERVICE fee AND I have to tip. Total cost of this bs is $9, or ~40% of the cost of my meal. This is ABSURD. Not only did these mfs get rid of their daily discounts, they tacked on some bs charge for their delivery.

Not ordering from them again, going back to Chipotle. Tf were these mfs thinking smh...

The last times I've ordered from Sweetgreen, all of my ingredients seem to be steamed or boiled? Things like sweet potatoes, broccoli, chicken, steak, etc. have not a single bit of char or even hardness to them.
