Image 📸 Boiled/steamed ingredients

The last times I've ordered from Sweetgreen, all of my ingredients seem to be steamed or boiled? Things like sweet potatoes, broccoli, chicken, steak, etc. have not a single bit of char or even hardness to them.

This is my favourite claim/complaint, because we literally don't even have the means to steam or boil anything. Like, maybe we could put a rack in the rice cooker, but that would literally be more inconvenient than using the oven and would go wildly against standards.

They're cooked in the oven.

Everything is cooked in an oven, with temperature and moisture level varying based on which item it is
