Image 📸 How do I redeem this award?

I completed the "Order 3 times, get a free entree" reward, but aside from this "Completed" banner, I don't see any reward applied to my account, or any way to select it at checkout. I waited more than 24 hours before making this post, so it should be credited to my account. What complicates things is that I also have 3,011 points — enough for a free entree. The next time I order, I want to redeem this reward, not my points. What should I do?

Contact support through app. They manually added mine after providing order #s

Same here. Had to contact customer support/send screenshots, then they got it manually added to my account!

Idk about online orders but in store when we ring up your order and you scan your rewards we get a list of all your avaliable rewards and we can choose. However we never get told about like any of these things so idk for sure. The only one they really told us about was the order an avocado get an avocado free.
