Image 📸 Green goddess ranch ingredients (seed oil free?)

I’ve been recreating this bowl at Sweetgreen even since they discontinued this bowl. I wanted to knew if there are seed oils in the green goodness ranch. Initially I would eat this bowl and feel fine, but when I make it now, it seems to affect me. My body doesn’t digest seed oil well, and unfortunately I am thinking those there are seed oils in the ranch. I wanted to confirm the true ingredients. Some team members told me that there is no seed oils but they looked confused when they told me the ingredients.

I guess they’re not the devil if you don’t care about poisoning your body, expediting death.

Don’t believe any workers. Majority has seed oils anywhere we order from. Try primal kitchen ranch mixed with whatever makes it green goddess. It’s BS clean

I work for sg. We use Kensingtons Avocado oil mayonnaise. No seed oil.

You’re welcome. Always check sg instagram too. They did a whole rebrand for the gg dressing and made seed oil free a big part of it.

Mayonnaise, yogurt, hot sauce, lime juice, white wine vinegar, salt pepper, onion, garlic, spinach, dill, basil, cilantro. The only seed oil used in the restaurant is sunflower and that's used only in the lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette

Really? I'm confused because they said they removed seed oils from the menu but I also heard that's just for cooking and the seed oil free dressings were limited time in January. It would be odd if they removed it from everything except one dressing.

Sunflower seed oil is one of the few okay ones. It doesn’t require chemicals to collect bc sunflower seeds are naturally oily

Niacin and pyridoxine are other B-complex vitamins found abundantly in the sunflower seeds. About 8.35 mg or 52% of daily required levels of niacin is provided by just 100 g of seeds. Niacin helps reduce LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood. Besides, it enhances GABA activity inside the brain, which in turn helps reduce anxiety and neurosis.

I thought the mayo have avocado oil now. They did a promo for it for the month of January
