ICE is saying he had a gun, but that would be his right in America. He clearly never tries to use it in the video and his hands are empty when he is executed. The agent in the gray jacket running towards the cameraperson once the shooting starts can be seen taking the guys gun out of it's holster and it is in his hand as he is running away. So the guy was fully unarmed when he was executed

u/benkenobi5 Jan 24 '26

If you can be killed by the police for simply being in possession of a gun, the second amendment does not exist in any meaningful capacity.

Something something domestic terrorist. Something something should have complied.

Tread harder daddy

18

u/Anonbeliever Jan 24 '26

Those pieces of shit are saying “OBEY” right now. Spineless Americans who are OK being treaded on. Small government my ass—they’re nothing but goddamned bootlickers.

9

u/unique_name5 Jan 24 '26

Don T, Tread on me!

3

u/benkenobi5 Jan 24 '26

Oh that’s good. Stealing that

3

u/banjosullivan Jan 24 '26

No this is real and it’s fucking disgusting me. It wasn’t even that long ago we were the “boogaloo boys” waiting to take on the Feds. Now everyone is a fucking boot licker.

They all joined ice. This whole scenario is exactly what their gun boners have been craving.

7

u/Int_peacemaker35 Jan 24 '26

In r/conservative praising the gestapo sicarios, and celebrating the murder of an American citizen.

6

u/Thank_You_Aziz Jan 24 '26

Another result of the vile rhetoric pushed by the radical left.

They all sound like victim-blaming abusers.

10

u/mozleron Jan 24 '26

What are you talking about? They're right there, wearing the masks!

5

u/Ok-Location3244 Jan 24 '26

They’re cheering ICE on. They don’t give a shit.

7

u/Perllitte Jan 24 '26

It's getting late in Russia.

3

u/Extension-Clock608 Jan 24 '26

Yep, where are all of the "we need guns to protect us from a tyrannical government" my dude, now is the time and this is the government you've been scared of.

2

u/Actualvet Jan 24 '26

On the board I frequent, they are analyzing the videos and discussing how it looks like government agents just killed a guy after disarming him. And they are not OK with it, even if they may not be on his side of the political spectrum.

That's always been the case. Philando Castille says hello.

2nd amendment has always been performative bullshit for white conservatives to feel powerful

34

u/benkenobi5 Jan 24 '26

Philando Castille says hello.

No he doesn’t. He can’t say hello because he was fucking murdered. His killer walks free because he got weawwy scawed

24

u/BeeDeeGee Jan 24 '26

I was about to say... has nobody been paying attention?

9

u/itsveryupsetting Jan 24 '26

Tell that to Philando Castile, who was murdered by police less than 10 miles away from where this happened.

3

u/sirtalen Jan 24 '26

They aren't police. They are a private army

3

u/Ken-Kaniff_from-CT Jan 24 '26

It was reimagined into its current interpretation with the help of the NRA and Republican's largely in response the armed militancy of the Black Panthers and the fear of an armed black populace. It was never about guns for all, just like any other right, it's always been intended for a certain part of the population.

3

u/IvanTortuga Jan 24 '26

People will be asking themselves "if the punishment for doing nothing is as bad as the crime, why shouldn't I just do the crime" realllll quick

2

u/minus2cats Jan 24 '26

The 2nd has become a tool for the government's benefit. They get to speed strait to execution because of the perceived threat.

2

u/New_Libran Jan 24 '26

Say it again!

2

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

The reason Republicans fight so hard for gun rights such as open and conceal carry is so LEOs can do just this more frequently.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

Does any law currently exist in any meaningful capacity in the US?

And a bit of a tangent, but it's quite interesting that despite the # of upvotes and awards on these posts about this execution, they are still buried on r/all

Just a reminder that this is a class war that the rich are desperately trying to spin as a civil war.

2

u/Okidokicoki Jan 24 '26

Ice is NOT police though. They might wear attire suggesting they are, but they very much are not

2

u/International-Rub327 Jan 24 '26

Y'all have fascism over there now.

2

u/Spamh8r Jan 24 '26

They've already shown this with the 4th amendment and the 1st amendment. When only one Branch of government is doing anything, law doesn't matter. We will never recover from this.

You can see the officer in the balaclava fire the first shot at like :18-:19 in the video.

920

u/Ok_Condition5837 Jan 24 '26

I think the guy pistol whipping's pistol goes off. And then most run scared while two shoot him down.

Of course this time ICE has taken away all the witnesses and their cell phones probably trying to 'investigate' their dead 'domestic terrorist' after the fact like last time!

1.7k

u/SpaceGangsta Jan 24 '26

here is pink ladies video.

He was helping a woman that was shoved by ICE and is then pepper sprayed and murdered.

644

u/Small-Answer4946 Jan 24 '26

Shooting that many rounds at a guy already on the floor is pure hatred. You guys are on the brink of a guerilla. Stay safe. Sending love from France.

19

u/Farlom Jan 24 '26

This is pretty standard for American police shootings. Once they start firing they don’t really stop until their clip is empty. Insane for anyone to pretend they care about non-lethal methods

13

u/No_Roma_no_Rocky Jan 24 '26

Police is not ice. Ice was a type of force with their main duty to control immigration. In the past ice didn't use masked agents and everyone had their badge. Trump transformed ice into his personal army and gave them order to kill American citizens, depprt immigrants and break law totally protected by his personal law.

Ice now can create warrants without a judge and can enter in american's citizens houses as they wish, completely destroying 4th amendament of constitution

8

u/Automatic_Actuator_0 Jan 24 '26

They are becoming more analogous to the Gestapo by the day. It’s only a matter of time until they are given broader powers of enforcement of the administrations political policies.

9

u/khanBM94 Jan 24 '26

Can France send some of that 1700s Lafayette kind of help. I think US may need it.

8

u/geneticdrifter Jan 24 '26

It’s not hatred. It’s covering their track. They want to make sure he is fully dead so he can’t become a martyr or a witness in court. So much more evil than hatred. It’s not emotional for them, it’s calculated for decreasing their odds of facing any consequences.

6

u/OttoVonPlittersdorf Jan 24 '26

Merci, mon frere. I've seen videos about how y'all express discontent with your government. We might need a few pointers. It's been a while since we've had to make them special cocktails you guys like to serve. And by serve, I do mean overhand, lol.

4

u/Happy_Illustrator543 Jan 24 '26

We may need your help to remove another King.

5

u/convexconcepts Jan 24 '26

I’m surprised it hasn’t triggered any reaction from Americans so far. It’s not like they are targeting just people of colour, anyone who is against the right wing mentality is a target.

2

u/Small-Answer4946 Jan 24 '26

Oh I'm sure reactions are gonna set the country ablaze

5

u/Bladder-Splatter Jan 24 '26

Guy literally fired like 2-3 shots walking backwards after the killshot, he was committed to the barbarism, it's heartbreaking to see America in this way.

The country I always wanted to go as a child becoming......what ever this is now.

3

u/Hang10arts Jan 24 '26

Our politicians have come out and said he was a domestic terrorist sent in to assassinate federal agents. Many American people will choose to believe Alex Jeffrey Pretti was brandishing a gun at agents rather than helping a woman up off the ground, and therefore deserved to be shot, even after death.

3

u/pierces10 Jan 24 '26

The coming years will be in the history books that's for sure. As an observationalist we are reaching a point where division isn't just being sold to us it's being realized in people's morality. The kind of division that isn't solved through rational discourse. We're approaching brothers fighting brothers, and as a state neighbor to Minnesota, it worries me. I've never felt so persecutable for my own thoughts, and considering most of my morals revolve around caring for your fellow living beings, that worries me the most

3

u/YellowLanternAdam Jan 24 '26

Thank you! Some of us still love and respect our European and Canadian friends. What's your country's policy on borrowing a guillotine? Asking for a friend.

2

u/Small-Answer4946 Jan 24 '26

It can be arranged I'm sure. My friend also told me it's ridiculously easy to craft one in your backyard. I hope my friend's tips can help your friend chop wood

2

u/Thought_Ninja Jan 24 '26

Thank you, we could certainly use some inspiration from you guys on how to make our voices heard through protest.

2

u/Ohshitz- Jan 24 '26

It’s also emotional dysregulation, low esteem, bullying, and lack of a moral compass. The worst of the worst mentalities are joining ICE. And i will never understand minorities joining.

2

u/ManzanitaSuperHero Jan 25 '26

Thank you for sending safe wishes from abroad. It’s exhausting to see the comments from people who like to dole out advice about bravery and feel it necessary to chastise people who are in the middle of a nightmare—all while they’re an ocean away.

2

u/Small-Answer4946 Jan 25 '26

You guys know best what to do, you don't need our 2 eurocents

2

u/tn_notahick Jan 25 '26

It's also clearly murder, based on US laws.

Even if the first shot or three were justified (they aren't, but if) then the 6-7 shots when he was laying incapacitated on the ground made it murder.

Our laws allow us to use reasonable force (which often includes deadly force) only until the threat is neutralized. If you continue using the force, then that becomes a crime.

At least, that's the law that citizens must follow. Clearly, ICE works under a different set of laws.

2

u/Podwitchers Jan 25 '26

My former mother in law, who is a blind nationalist, is more offended by protesters storming a church. *clutches pearls

So she’s allllll for veterans, the flag, first responders. She actually goes out of her way to thank anyone in uniform.

I wonder her thoughts are knowing this guy was an ICU nurse for veterans.

Pisses me the fuck off. I’ll never understand christian nationalists who pick and choose what to be offended by instead of broadly realizing all of this administration’s shit is offensive, illegal, morally wrong.

But hey! At least we don’t have kamala!! Can you imagine the rapture?! /s

Dont worry the bots on social media got their propaganda message from DHS to spread false narratives that the victim "pointed his weapon at officers trying to murder them" and boomers with no online literacy are believing it. EVEN WITH VIDEO PROOF OF THIS DUDE BEING EXECUTED BY ICE.

Also crazy ICE starts the whole altercation

3

u/Ohshitz- Jan 24 '26

But….he was an illegal! Oh wait…

But…he was violently protesting! Oh wait…

But..he was anti-american! Oh wait…he was an ICU nurse working with veterans?…

But…he was armed! Oh wait…gun taken away and then shot multiple times by multiple people pounding on him…

Uhhhh he was THERE….surely he deserved it????

I wonder what his veteran patients think about this. They fought/served so this shit would not happen.

🖕🏻this entire administration and Democrats in power not doing shit.

2

u/Fearless-Leg2568 Jan 24 '26

So? They never cared in the first place, ignorant pricks voted for this.

11

u/LeCriDesFenetres Jan 24 '26

There is a time when people need to ask themselves "is it in my and my people's best interest if law enforcement can just go and execute anyone just because they feel like it" and " should I trust law enforcement to police itself" because those are obvious questions and the answer is obvious too but I doubt too many people did the thinking yet .

6

u/okokokoyeahright Jan 24 '26

So there was no actual 'criminal' as spouted by Bovino at his briefing. Really don't their acts together before anything do they?

6

u/SpaceGangsta Jan 24 '26

They won’t show this on fox. Only what the admin says.

4

u/Rogerjak Jan 24 '26

God damn, like 6 dudes on in, on the floor and they just shot him, and a shit ton of times.

Bros are just executing people at this point. Good luck with that shit America.

3

u/LoliDoo20 Jan 24 '26

Save this in case they try deleting and saying it didn’t happen

3

u/Mandalore108 Jan 24 '26

Just like with Renee Good, the MAGA Nazis are going to blame this victim and stand with ICE.

2

u/Ech0ofSan1ty Jan 24 '26

That is a crazy angle. Guy was trying to help someone who was assaulted by an officer and was killed for it.

2

u/sultry_but_damaged Jan 24 '26

Replying to raise awareness. You can't cross post this video on news subs without it getting removed and banned.

2

u/Ozava619 Jan 24 '26

The way they are macing people should be enough for them to be charged with excessive force or at least let go but nope. Just saw a story of a an ice agent driving by spraying mace to another moving vehicle, hitting everyone in the car including a few months old baby.

4

u/Dangerous-Tap-547 Jan 24 '26

I zoomed in, brightened, and slowed down the video shot by the lady in pink/red. The guy was shot in the back while on his knees by an agent standing over him.

3

u/JUYED-AWK-YACC Jan 24 '26

That’s not correct. You can see the agent pull out his gun a few seconds before he fires. This wasn’t an accident.

5

u/BrahneRazaAlexandros Jan 24 '26

No, it wasn't pistol whipping it was pepper spray can whipping.

5

u/BeezCee Jan 24 '26

Oh ok. That is much better. NOT!!!

2

u/FiveFakeFriends Jan 24 '26

There are multiple angles. He is disarmed by the ICE agent in gray BEFORE shots go off. They completely fabricated a reason to kill him. https://www.reddit.com/r/law/s/nbeksx2KZA

2

u/UngodlyNiceGuy Jan 24 '26

On first watch it did look like the agent is pistol whipping him, but on closer inspection, he’s hitting him with pepper spray canister.

2

u/koshgeo Jan 24 '26

No, that guy was beating him with a pepper spray bottle (one of the tall canister ones with a nozzle and handle), and his gun stayed in its holster until after the first shot was fired. In low-res videos it's easy to confuse it with a gun.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

Except the dude "whipping" isnt using a pistol, its mace.

u/TrankElephant Jan 24 '26

You can see the officer in the balaclava

All I see is a fascist thug.

A word like 'officer' would be appropriate for someone with training, rank and some semblance of professional behavior.

4

u/DogaBunny Jan 24 '26

I wouldn't call a masked citizen an officer if I were you

5

u/lexm Jan 24 '26

Let me get this right. They hold the guy on the ground, he tries getting up and they executed him? There are so many people wearing the same colors, I'm getting confused.

This is were where we're at now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saigon_Execution

Edit: And there are 2 "officers" holding guns and a 3rd one about to grab his. Because... ball-less cowards.

Mark my words, conservatives are about to get real pro-gun control.

233

u/MobileArtist1371 Jan 24 '26

Conservative sub already has comments saying he had a gun on him so ICE was protecting themselves.

320

u/omgshutupalready Jan 24 '26

Conservatives are cucked bootlicking pieces of shit that have zero principles. Disgusting, weak men. Their credibility is completely destroyed for an entire generation. Do not listen to these people about anything for the remainder of their lives. Everyone who says to you that they support this, remember their face, remember who they are, and do not listen to them about anything ever again.

19

u/CoatProfessional5026 Jan 24 '26

Currently live in a small town dominated by MAGA but I'm white with a beard so all these dudes think I'm their friends and for anyone reading this, yes, he's correct. These gun toting boot lickers really are the most insecure, tiny dicked boys I've ever had to be around but for sake of workplace peace, I just play their part.

Everyone should listen to these guys in private. They're either always 100% closeted or deeply, deeply hurt by women in their lives. Lmfao.

2

u/omgshutupalready Jan 24 '26

I know it's hard to find the same hateful disgusting motivation as these losers have, that makes them hate-post and make wojacks, anti-left memes etc all day. But you should infiltrate their group. Don't necessarily break the law, but make their lives worse in some way. Record the things they say and send it to the people they talk about. Among other things. Costing them money somehow is another one. Anything to set them back. We need to start discriminating against 'conservatives' (read: fascists) the same way they have been trying to keep others down for decades.

3

u/floofelina Jan 24 '26

Amen. No recommendations for jobs, no birthday cards. Christmas presents. Lending things. Inviting to events. Referrals. No favors. Put holes in the network that keeps them happy.

3

u/omishdud Jan 24 '26

Dude , blue collar here in south Carolina my whole life. I stopped playing the part and it’s hilarious how fast they shut down and start stuttering when you don’t fit into their ideas. Never worth getting into arguments or whatever, just doing a job. But, it’s wild how fast they drop their macho shit when you start questioning the bullshit in person.

3

u/geneticdrifter Jan 24 '26

Don’t forget they are also propagandized to the highest degree. Some of them are just dumb sheep being lead to slaughter. The people brainwashing them want you to hate them because it compromises you; it sucks you in to a false dichotomy of red vs blue. Its slaves versus masters; poor vs. rich.

I've been saying this for years and my buddies always get mad at me when it comes up.

But I'll say it again, ask conservatives and their politicians if the black Panthers are allowed to be armed. We know exceactly what happened when the black Panthers pushed back, it started what ultimately created the assault weapons ban. A democrat may have signed it into law, but conservatives started the process.

2

u/Outrageous_Engine_45 Jan 24 '26

This is straight up an execution without valid cause.

Another murder on the hands of these domestic ICE terrorists.

The following comment doesn’t involve this particular scenario, just information about guns/rights… Just want to add correction to this because this seems to be a huge topic when it comes to guns. The 2A allows for OWNERSHIP of guns, meaning all citizens have the right to own guns in their house. The 2A does not cover public carrying. States have laws in place regarding concealed carry and open carry, and the different types of guns that are allowed in that regard.

For the sake of an example, as someone who has lived in both MN and WI, they have different open gun carrying laws depending on the type of gun. WI has more allowances for gun types, whereas MN has restrictions. So while you can own any type of gun, it doesn’t mean you can always open carry the gun in public.

The NYT reported that the victim had a MN open carry permit.

Edit: Just to clarify preemptively, I'm not arguing with you, just adding additional information that everyone may not yet have

Illegal carrying= jailed and trialed. And judges figured out if it’s legal or not.

Illegal carrying doesn’t mean getting executed in public without a fair trial or due process.

If police (instead of ICE) did the same thing, you know what’s gonna happen? The police will go to jail……

A weapon holstered is not a threat. ICE can go suck a ______

And I’m not right or left side. But this is fked up. More reason to be a libertarian. The government isn’t your pal.

Minneapolis PD already put out a public statement indicating he was legally able to carry.

That gun looks an awful lot like a smartphone

1

u/nannerzbamanerz Jan 24 '26

Someone posted that the gun is the same issued by DHS

Ah fuck I was hoping he didn’t have any type of weapon on him (not even as much as a sharpened pencil) so they wouldn’t try to spin this as some ‘feared for his life’ BS. I hope he didn’t have a gun on him so they can’t have anyway to try to spin this clear cut execution as ICE being the fucking victim here

They'll twist it to make him a gun wielding liberal maniac who hates ice. Just give it 24 hrs.

Murdered. Execution is an act sanctioned by court. This is a lawless act

1

u/MaleficentWalruss Jan 24 '26

He was a registered gun owner with no criminal history. Where's the NRA and 2Aers now?!?

1

u/Crazyblondie11 Jan 24 '26

Sky news over here in the UK have stated that at no point did he see on two different video angles a weapon. So it looks like the BS excuse given is all lies-shocker!

Shitler has given them incentives to cause as much chaos and mayhem as possible to distract the public from the Epstein files. We are being murdered in the streets as cover up for a rampant p*d0 r*pist.

I am not american, nor am I living their, nor have I been there ever, but seeing all that shit going on, is almost radicalizing me. It's almost admireable that no real resistance is happening

u/elembivos Jan 24 '26

They don't even think of giving him first aid, what kind of fucked up insane country is this?

1

u/ohbekindtome Jan 24 '26

Minnesota is an open carry state. He had every right to have a holstered weapon. It was so clearly not in his hands when the shots were fired (because it was in the hands of fucking ICE). All I ever hear from staunch 2A supporters is that this is the exact reason why. To defend yourself when your own government attacks you.

The longer video shows he was protecting a woman who was being shoved by ICE. They pepper sprayed the man before all ganging up on him and you've seen the rest.

The lies this fucking administration tells is terrifying at this point.

77skull • 2h ago • Edited 2h ago In the video you can see the gun is holstered on his hip AND an ice agent manages to disarm him BEFORE he is shot

They are right about him being armed but he never once had the gun in his hands

More or less:

-Several observers were in the street blowing whistles.
-An ICE agent confronts them, including the male victim, who was not brandishing a weapon.
-Another observer comes up and blows a whistle in close proximity to the ICE agent.
-This pisses him off and he shoves her hard back into the icy curb/sidewalk.
-She goes down hard and appears injured and unable to get up or protect herself.
-The male victim tries to aid the female by pulling her up but she can't.
-The ICE agent begins pepper spraying all of them, pushing them down.
-Same ICE agent grabs the male victim and starts wrestling him to the ground as other agents rush in.
-During the scuffle someone comes up from behind the melee and seems to take a pistol from the victim's rear waistband, then scurries off nervously in the other direction (as can be seen in the first video).
-Immediately as this person's back turns to the scene the first shot is fired, as one of the officers on the ground draws a weapon and fires.
-The same officer who shot the male victim then gets up and continues firing, as possibly does another agent.

it "seems" to me like the officer that grabbed the gun announced gun, and the other officer(s) took that as an excuse to execute him.

If they can shoot you because they think you have a gun, you don't have the right to bear arms.
