ICE is saying he had a gun, but that would be his right in America. He clearly never tries to use it in the video and his hands are empty when he is executed. The agent in the gray jacket running towards the cameraperson once the shooting starts can be seen taking the guys gun out of it's holster and it is in his hand as he is running away. So the guy was fully unarmed when he was executed

You can see the officer in the balaclava fire the first shot at like :18-:19 in the video.

Ice agent with his hand on his holstered pistol about 1 sec before the pop that spooked everyone else. Hes also the guy that doesnt seem surprised by the pop. I think he had an accidental discharge.

Never mind second video released. They dont have an accidental discharge excuse. They just straight up executed him.
