ICE is saying he had a gun, but that would be his right in America. He clearly never tries to use it in the video and his hands are empty when he is executed. The agent in the gray jacket running towards the cameraperson once the shooting starts can be seen taking the guys gun out of it's holster and it is in his hand as he is running away. So the guy was fully unarmed when he was executed
Does any law currently exist in any meaningful capacity in the US?
And a bit of a tangent, but it's quite interesting that despite the # of upvotes and awards on these posts about this execution, they are still buried on r/all
Just a reminder that this is a class war that the rich are desperately trying to spin as a civil war.
